Men Indicted On Intimate Partner Strangulation Charges: Rockingham Superior Court Roundup
Man indicted on shotgun threat charges; Mass. residents indicted on theft charges; Londonderry habitual offender, with priors, indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Joshua Allen Eaton, 23, of Derry Way in Derry on four felony counts of domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation as well as three breach of bail charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 12, and Oct. 19, 2022, and Jan. 19 in Derry. At the time, he was out on bail, according to the indictments.
Jenna C. Engelbach, 27, of Woodlawn Street in Everett, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing checks belonging to another person between Dec. 1, 2018, and Oct. 31, 2022, in Newington.

Joshua Michael Everett, 36, of Campbell Avenue in Revere, MA, on theft by deception, attempted theft by deception, falsifying physical evidence, and two forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of passing a counterfeit $100 bill at O’Brien’s Store and C&J Bus Lines in Seabrook on Jan. 31. The indictment accused Everett of hiding counterfeit bills in the snow behind the HVAC system at C&J Bus Lines in Seabrook on Jan. 31 to impair an investigation.
Edwin Arthur Febonio, 33, of Crystal Avenue in Derry on three felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner three times on Feb. 12 in Derry.

Ronald L. Fournier, 31, of Hampstead Road in Derry on two criminal threatening-deadly weapon-domestic violence charges. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner in Derry on Feb. 9 by pointing a shotgun and saying, “You’re not leaving this house,” and, “This round is for you,” or words to that effect.
Donald Scott Fraize Jr., 35, of Mammoth Road in Londonderry on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Hall Road in Londonderry on Jan. 28 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Zachary X. Gaud, 42, of Richardson Avenue in Dracut, MA, on attempted theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a false check for $5,000 on a family trust account on Sept. 9, 2022, in Salem.
Charles Henry Hanson, 47, of Elephant Rock Road in Seabrook on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation charge. He was accused of holding a family member’s head underwater while blocking their nose and-or mouth with water on Feb. 15 in Seabrook.
Benjamin Arthur Hawthorne, 38, of Back Canaan Road in Strafford on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 21 in Portsmouth.
