Former Teacher Of The Year Finalist Indicted On Rape Charges: Court

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Brett Ronald Doane, 28, of Aster Lane in Orono, Maine, on accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. He was accused by police of attempting to steal a catalytic converter from a Ford F-150 in Hampton Falls on Aug. 11, 2021, and stole one or more tires and racing rims from a vehicle in Hampton Falls on Aug. 22, 2021.

David Michael Doherty, 40, of Maple Street in Pembroke on domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation and operating while certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of strangling an intimate partner in Salem and driving on Walter Palmer Lane in Salem on Jan. 16.

Jared P. Donaghey, 27, of Tremont Street in Woburn, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 11, 2021, in Hampton.

Bridgette Doucette-Howell, 38, of Executive Park Drive in Merrimack on felonious sexual assault and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of raping and kissing a student in Exeter and Kingston between April 26, and May 13, 2021, while she was an employee, contractor, or volunteer with a primary or secondary educational institution where the person was a student. Doucette-Howell, when she was a special education teacher at a private school in Amherst, was a teacher of the year finalist by the New Hampshire Department of Education in 2015.

Roodelson Dumas, 39, of Sheafe Street in Malden, MA, on a felony attempted tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused by police of attempting to silence a victim by writing a letter to her on Dec. 23, 2021, in Salem.

Jeffrey Kenneth Falcone, 60, of Almond Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on identity fraud and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of posing as another man and attempting to cash a fraudulent check from East Hampton Plumbing and Heating Supply at Citizens Bank in Hampton Falls on Oct. 18, 2021.

Jessica Finch, 34, of Wentworth Avenue in Plaistow on second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence and stalking-subsequent offense charges, both felonies. She was accused of strangling a family member on Oct. 17, 2021, in Plaistow and sending the victim a card between Oct. 18, and Nov. 30, 2021, in Plaistow, in violation of an order after previously being convicted in Salem District Court in December 2020 on a stalking charge.

Joshua Andrew Fowler, 42, of Appleton Street in Manchester on seven receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining items owned by seven different Derry residents between Oct. 23, and Nov. 5, 2021.

Thomas W. Frazer, 28, of Quarry Road in Hampstead on possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, and possession of oxycodone charges on March 10, 2021, in Raymond.

Alexander Matthew Garrett, 28, of Blake Road in Epping on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused by police of smashing the windows of a vehicle owned by another person with a hammer on Calef Highway in Epping between Dec. 10, and Dec. 11, 2021, in Epping.

Paul Gaudreault, 57, of Huckleberry Road in Raymond on two felony second-degree assault-strangulation charges. He was accused by police of strangling a woman twice on Nov. 10, 2021, in Raymond.
