Teens, Others Arrested for DWI on NH Highways

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested by the New Hampshire State Police recently.

Carol Murdough, 58, of Keene, was arrested on Dec. 9, 2016, for sale of a controlled drug, a felony. She was arrested after a man in Hinsdale died of an untimely death in October 2016. Murdough was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 22.

Troop A

Lucas Mcardie, 35, of Boxford, MA, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, for aggravated DUI 30+ mph and DUI in Greenland.

Dylan Wright, 19, of North Hampton, was arrested at 4:14 a.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, for DUI, disobeying an officer, and possession of a controlled drug. Also arrested was Zach Sakurai, 19, of Hampton, was unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug. They were arrested after a stop in Greenland.

Tyler Fernald, 20, of East Rochester, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension in Rochester.

Kenneth Fleming, 51, of Augusta, ME, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2016, for DUI, DUI second or third, operating with an expired license, and license required. He was arrested in Portsmouth.

Daniel Macduf, 55, of Somersworth, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested in Dover.

Michele Grasso, 32, of Mashpee, MA, was arrested at7:35 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2016, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and unsafe lane change. She was arrested in Portsmouth.

Akobundo Ikwuakor, 32, of Everett, MA, was arrested at 9:01 a.m. on Nov. 2, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent after a stop in Porstmouth.

Joel Smith of Dover was arrested at 11:32 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent. Also arrested was Ashley Hussey of Somersworth and Seth Fournier of Portsmouth for possession of a controlled drug. They were all arrested in Portsmouth.

Troop B

Corey Kenney, 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2016, for operating without a valid license in Bedford.

Daniel Bain, 31, of Andover, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2016, in Manchester, for driving after suspension and a warrant.

Thomas Frazer, 22, of Hampstead, was arrested at 8:36 a.m. on Oct. 26, 2016, for operating after revocation or suspension, possession of marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested in Salem.

Rachel Adams, 18, of Nashua, was arrested at 8:07 a.m. on Oct. 26, 2016, for possession of marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Lawrence Collins, 46, of Medford, MA, was arrested on Oct. 24, 2016, for operating without a valid license, misuse of plates, and disobeying an officer. He was arrested in Londonderry.

Curtis Grevenitz, 60, of Plymouth, MA, was arrested on Oct. 24, 2016, for DUI second or third incident. He was arrested in Londonderry.

Joseph Petitpas, 54, of Bristol, was arrested at 1:44 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, for DUI, possession of marijuana, and transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested in Hooksett.

Jessica Leblanc, 25, of Derry, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on Oct. 23, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof. She was arrested in Manchester.

Thomas Seaman, 49, of Epping, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on Oct. 22, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested in Londonderry.

Troop D

Christopher Granger, 32, of Deerfield, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on Dec. 4, 2016, for DUI on the westbound side of I-393 in Concord.

Scott Bergstrom, 24, of Fryeburg, ME, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 4, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested in Northfield on I-93.

Sean Gravel, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 8 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2016, for DUI, DUI adult greater than 0.08, and speeding 21+ mph over the 65 limit.

Craig Godbout, 22, of Salisbury, was arrested at 5:11 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested on the northbound side of I-93 north of the Hooksett tollbooth.

Jonathan Pratt, 30, of Claremont, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on I-89 South in Hopkinton between Exit 4 and Exit 3.

Michael Cady, 20, of Laconia, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Nov. 30, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Patricia Brailey, 46, of Springfield, MA, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. on Nov. 30, 2016, for aggravated DUI 30+ mph, operating without a valid license, misuse/failure to display plates, and open container after a traffic stop on I-93 north in Bow.

Samantha Silva, 28, of Penacook, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, for DUI and conduct after an accident with property damage. She was arrested on Route 3 in Boscawen.

Scott Sheffield, 42, of Sunapee, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, DUI-second or third, and open container.

Thomas Crete, 39, of Salisbury, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. He was arrested on Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury.

Troop E

Michael Cheney, 29, of East Wakefield, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Justin Kaufmann, 26, of Wolfeboro, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Nov. 30, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-hash, possession of a controlled drug-control premises where drugs kept.

Donald Sylvain, 23, of Tamworth, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension.

Josiah Sutherland, 18, of Ossipee, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, breach of bail, and possession of controlled drugs-marijuana.

Codie Donlon, 21, of Lagrange, ME, was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. Also arrested was Noah Allen, 18, of Milo, ME, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Richard Bizer, 53, of Somerset, KY, was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, for DUI.

Patrick Monahan, 25, of Dover, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, for possession of a controlled drugs-marijuana.

Troop F

Lawrence Child, 54, of West Gardiner, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana.

Joshua Warren, 28, of Groveton, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Zachariah Dambrosia-Shaw, 27, pictured, of North Stratford, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for burglary after an alleged incident on Main Street in Errol.

Marisa Arthur, 25, of Berkley, MA, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on Nov. 28, 2016, for controlled drug: acts prohibited.

Hunter Moniz, 20, of Swanton, VT, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for controlled drug: acts prohibited and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on Route 175A in Holderness.

Aaron Walp, 20, of Auburn, ME, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs-marijuana and speeding, 11-15 mph over 55 mph.

Austyn McClanahan, 18, of Meredith, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and possession of controlled drug-methamphetamine.

Michael Dunlap, 51, of Campton, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, for DUI, DUI-second or third, and failure to exercise due care. He was arrested on I-93 North near Exit 25 in Ashland.

Kevin Smith of Waltham, MA, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, for reckless operation. He was arrested on I-93 North in Campton.

Simone Bowden, 27, of Colebrook, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for hindering apprehension/prosecution after an alleged incident in Colebrook.

Nicholas Wheeler, 22, of Stewartstown, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for hindering apprehension/prosecution after an alleged incident in Stewartstown.

Samantha Humphrey, 23, of Columbia, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for hindering apprehension/prosecution after an alleged incident in Colebrook.

Trevor Martineau, 21, of Nashua, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and possession of a controlled drug-schedule 1-4.

Victoria Elliott, 20, of Columbia, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for hindering apprehension/prosecution after an alleged incident in Colebrook.

Joseph Dunican, 36, of Newmarket, was arrested at 7:37 a.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for speeding 6 to 10 mph over 65 mph, controlled drug: act prohibited, transporting drugs in motor vehicle, and alcohol interlock not equipped in motor vehicle. He was arrested on I-93 North just south of Exit 29 in Thornton.

Christopher Wood, 29, of Plymouth, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and possession of controlled drug-marijuana.
