Hampstead Man Indicted On More Child Sexual Assault Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Crystian Nathan Adames, 27, of Cross Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on felony counts of attempted theft by deception and forgery. He worked in concert with Jossian Pena Nunez, Jean Stuart, and/or Abundo D. Rojas Ortega to utter a payroll check on the account of Aerotek made payable to Ortega on March 20, 2025, in Northwood, according to the indictments.

Scott Alexander, 57, of Danville Road in Hampstead, on eight felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping and fondling a teenager for two months or more within five years between Feb. 3, 2008, and Feb. 3, 2011, in Hampstead.

Abigail Jane Angelosanto, 31, of Stumpfield Road in Kensington, on a felony count of aggravated driving while intoxicated. She was accused of driving on Haverhill Road in East Kingston on Feb. 15 and causing a collision with injury to another.

David Peter Argyros, 69, of Kimberly Road in Kingston, on simple assault as well as criminal mischief and arson, both felonies. He set fire to a Ford Explorer owned by his ex-wife, caused more than $1,500 worth of damage, and stomped on the foot of a Kingston police officer on March 25, according to the indictments.

Stefano Mazzocchi, 37, of Eighth Avenue in Los Angeles, California, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing from an ATM in Salem on Feb. 21, 2025.

Megan Ann Morrison, 31, of Miller Avenue in Portsmouth, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of grabbing another woman’s purse from a shopping cart in Salem on Nov. 6, 2025, and fleeing with it. Morrison was also accused of stealing merchandise from Lowe’s in Salem on Dec. 31. 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted twice before on theft charges.

James Martin Morrissey Jr., 72, of Valley Lane in Kingston, on criminal mischief and three reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a gun three times through the wall of his condo in Kingston and damaging another person’s property on Jan. 31.

Rebecca Lynn Motta, 37, of Chestnut Street in New Bedford, MA, on a felony count of possession of crack cocaine on Sept. 9, 2024, in Brentwood.

Samuel William Mumbauer, 23, of Currier Drive in Londonderry, on seven felony counts of failure to register. He was accused of failing to tell Londonderry police about a Telegram online identifier, a Discord online identifier, a Taimi online identifier, a Gmail address, an Xbox Live online identifier, a Snapchat online identifier, and a cell phone number, on April 10. Mumbauer is a sex offender due to convictions for possession of child sexual abuse images from September 2022.

Michael John Murphy, 33, of English Range Road in Derry, on attempted murder and second-degree assault-strangulation charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling and attempting to kill a former intimate partner in Derry on Nov. 28, 2025.
