Suncook Woman, With Priors, Indicted On Meth Sale Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Northwood, Manchester, and Portsmouth women indicted on stolen vehicle charges; habitual offenders indicted; prison drug indictment.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Genice M. Littlefield, 34, of Arlington Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+ charge. She was accused of stealing a 2002 Chrysler Town & Country minivan from the Irving station in Concord on Sept. 24, 2022.
Mark Lozeau, 27, of Logging Hill Road in Bow on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 8, 2022, in Bow.

Joshua Lyonnais, 42, of Gilford Avenue in Laconia on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Bow on Aug. 30, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Rebecca Maines, 48, of Franklin Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 25, 2022, in Henniker.

Jade E. Markham, 25, of Jenness Pond Road in Northwood on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocin and psilocybin charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and retaining a stolen 2019 Honda Civic sedan, owned by another person, in Concord on Sept. 25, 2022.
Michael A. Meucci, 41, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of agreeing with Saturn Alleyne, Jorge Alvarado, Wendy Sturtevant, Joshua Peno, and others unknown or unindicted persons to use coded language to discuss payments for buprenorphine brought illegally into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men between July 11 and July 14, 2021, in Concord.
Colleen R. Mitchell, 27, of Glendale Road in Stoneham, Massachusetts, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, psilocin and psilocybin and meth, charges on Sept. 19, 2022, in Concord. Read more about this case here: Fake NH Temp Plate Leads To Drug Charges Against Mass. Woman
Megan Ann Morrison, 27, of Miller Avenue in Portsmouth on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a stolen vehicle owned by someone else on Sept. 15, 2022, in Hooksett.
Rachael Mount, 58, of Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack or Suncook on a felony sale of a controlled drug-subsequent charge, meth, on April 22, 2022, in Concord. She was accused of selling the drug to a confidential informant of the NH AG’s Drug Task Force. The indictment stated Mount had been previously convicted on possession and acts prohibited six times in four counties between 2017 and 2019.
Sean Nolan, 37, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on South Main Street in Franklin on Jan. 24, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
