3 Arrested On Animal Cruelty Charges After Yarrow Way Investigation: Concord Police Log
Plus: Concord, Boscawen, Pembroke men charged with drunken driving; homeless man arrested twice in 30 minutes; assault on Mountain Road.

CONCORD, NH — Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, of Boscawen was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on July 11, 2024, on a receiving stolen property-resell, distribution charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road. According to Merrimack County Superior Court records, Green has an active drug possession case out of Hooksett with a dispositional conference hearing booked for Sept. 25. She was also arrested earlier this month on two burglary, four attempted theft under $1,000, and three drug possession charges, all felonies, after an incident in Merrimack in May.
Rory J. Sullivan, born 2000, of Pembroke was arrested at 4:47 p.m. on July 10 on a driving under the influence charge and a following too closely violation on Sheep Davis Road.
Jerome A. Hall, born 1959, of Concord received a summons at 7:11 p.m. on July 8 on two simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Abundant Life Ministries on 339 Mountain Road.

Earl L. Chadwick, born 1950, of Nashua received a summons at 4:19 p.m. on July 8 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at the Thirty Pines Laundromat at 15 Village St.
Stephanie Kaye Morgan, born 1967, of Concord was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on July 7 on a DUI charge and an open container violation on South State Street.

Kelsey M. Pepin, born 1994, of Yarrow Way was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on July 6 on a cruelty to animals; negligent charge. Also charged with a single count each of cruelty to animals; negligent was Jayden Chase Smith, born 2003, and Michael T. Pepin, born 1968, of Concord. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Yarrow Way.
Cody White, born 1993, of Boscawen was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on July 5 on DUI and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a front lights violation after an incident or investigation on Village Street in Penacook.
Walter Lewis Major, 64, of Manchester was arrested at 1 p.m. on July 4 on criminal trespass, felony possession of a controlled drug, and three deal-possess prescription drugs charges after an incident or investigation on Chesley Street.
Elias J. Morse, born 1994, of Concord received a summons at 11:20 a.m. on June 23 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
Rebecca Lynn Motta, 35, of Willis Street in New Bedford, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7 p.m. on June 21 on a felony organized retail crime enterprise. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet at 11 Merchants Way. Matthew Albee, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on June 18 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charge after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.
Kevin J. Silva, born 1984, of Nashua was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on June 12 on a stalking charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Merrimack Street in Penacook.
Shaun Danny McCall, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 12:30 p.m. on June 4 on a possession of an alcoholic beverage-public property violation after an incident or investigation on South Main Street. About 30 minutes later, he was arrested on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Jo Ann Fabrics at 80 Storrs St. In the trespass charge case, police were sent to the store for a report of a man “yelling at people,” according to an affidavit. The officer arrived and observed McCall on the sidewalk, the report said. Since he was trespassed from the property since March 26, he was arrested. McCall was booked, processed, refused bail services, and was taken to county.
