Hampton Woman Indicted On Manslaughter, Negligent Homicide Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Felon indicted on gun, stolen motorcycle charges; Portsmouth man indicted on domestic violence charges; Salem, Seabrook drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Nathan Lee Barka, 43, of Old Nashua Road in Londonderry on a felony possession of cocaine and-or fentanyl charge on Nov. 2, 2023, in Londonderry after being convicted previously of prior offenses.
John Stephen Belanger Sr., 37, of Rockingham Village in Seabrook on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Oct. 18, 2023, in Epping.

Matthew Calandrello, 46, of Speen Street in Natick, Massachusetts, on three felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of selling Taylor Swift concert tickets to three people in Londonderry, valued at more than $4,000 combined, when he knew it was not true on Jan. 26, 2023, between April 13 and April 18, 2023, and between April 30 and May 3, 2023, in Londonderry.
Maria Caruso, 22, of Badger Run in Windham, Maine, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, two reckless conduct, and two criminal mischief charges, all felonies. She was accused of jerking the steering wheel of a Honda Accord, causing it to strike a home on Prospect Street in Portsmouth on Jan. 10.

James Brentley Childs, 45, of Taft Road in Portsmouth on two domestic violence and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing to a bullet and saying, “Do you want this?” or words to that effect to an intimate partner on Nov. 3, 2023, threatening to shoot her on Dec. 23, 2023, strangling her on Nov. 4, 2023, and placing a pillow over her face on Nov. 27, 2023, in Portsmouth.
Sean R. Ipock-Gauthier, 25, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on receiving stolen property and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a Harley-Davidson that he knew or believed to be stolen and possessing a firearm on Nov. 17, 2023, in Londonderry. Ipock-Gauthier is a felon due to a stolen property conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2023.
Marcie Ann Janvrin, 49, of Folly Mill Terrace in Seabrook on a felony sale of crack cocaine charge on Feb. 16, 2022, in Seabrook.
Karl-Andrew Patrick Jeannot, 23, of Russell Street in Everett, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of oxycodone charge on Dec. 31, 2023, in Salem.
Todd J. Johnson, 31, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Aug. 28, 2023, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of one or more prior offenses.
Jaqueline Sara Leighton, 40, of Monroe Avenue in Allenstown on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on South Policy Street in Salem on Nov. 16, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Donald W. Little Jr., 57, of Wood Knoll Drive in North Hampton on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Jan. 1 in North Hampton.
Nelson Perez, 59, of Oak Street in Methuen, MA, on armed career criminal, felon in possession of a deadly weapon, armed robbery, and two kidnapping charges, all felonies. He was accused of kidnapping employees and robbing a store on Sept. 27, 2023, in Salem. Previously, Perez was convicted of rape during an armed robbery in Essex MA Superior Court. Yvonne S. Reed, 50, of Hampton on manslaughter and negligent homicide charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving her car into and over another person, causing that person’s death on Aug. 1, 2023, in Portsmouth.
