Salisbury Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Court Roundup

North Andover, Mass. man accused of strangling women; Epsom, Franklin, and Pembroke women indicted on drug charges; sex offender indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Philip A. Fryman, 40, of Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury, on indecent exposure and lewdness and five aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He's accused of raping and fondling a girl and masturbating in front of her between June 5, 2014, and March 30, 2017, in Franklin.

Mark W. Gagnon, 39, upper right, of Manchester Street in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on June 14 in Hooksett.

Robin R. Gelinas, 45, lower center, of Knights Lane in Epsom, on three felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, meth, lorazepam charges on April 16 in Allenstown. Previously, according to the indictment, Gelinas was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in September 2018.

Devon M. Gilligan, 18, upper left, of Woodbine Avenue in Concord, on attempted falsifying physical evidence and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies. On July 8, he's accused of having marijuana joint in his possession, and throwing it in the toilet, while inside of the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.

Michelle Gunther, 33, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, on two felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, meth charges on July 13 in Bow.

Craig Hamilton, 53, of Berry Street in North Andover, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling a woman in Northfield on July 22.

Daniel L. Hill, 34, of Caveney Drive in Northfield, on two felony delivery of articles prohibited charges. He's accused of being in possession of fentanyl and meth on July 22 inside the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.

Kristy-Lee Houle, 37, of Salisbury Road in Franklin, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-meth, fentanyl charges on July 19 in Franklin.

Sean R. Ipock-Gauthier, lower right, 20, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, on reckless conduct and operating while deemed a habitual offender charges, both felonies. He's accused of driving a Hyundai Elantra, at a high-rate of speed while swerving on I-93, through the open tolling lane in Hooksett, striking a concrete barrier, and into Bow.

Craig S. Johns, 48, lower left, homeless, on two felony penalty; registration of criminal offender charges. In Concord on May 29, he's accused of not reporting new cell phone numbers and a change of employment with police within five days as required by law. Johns was convicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault on a victim under 18 in March 1992 in Strafford County Superior Court.
