Seabrook Felon Indicted On Gun, Drug Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

Lowell man indicted for stealing thousands from fire, energy orgs; woman accused of kicking cop; NJ man indicted on forgery, theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Brad A. Hannes, 50, of Harper Ridge Road in East Hampstead on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving drunk and causing a collision with serious injury on Harper Ridge Road in East Hampstead on May 21.

Shawn Michael Hutchinson, 46, of Cherry Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two theft by deception, one attempted theft by deception, and four forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of drawing $4,796.20 on the account of NHPA in Raymond on May 5, $4,357.10 on the account of New Hampshire Fire Protection in Windham on May 5, $4,972.10 on the account of APR&R LLC in Exeter on April 21, and forging checks from Alternative Energy on April 21 and May 5 in Exeter, and APR&R LLC on May 5 in Exeter.

Anthony J. Janvrin, 50, of P Street in Hampton on possession of crack cocaine, two counts of possession of fentanyl, possession of psilocin and-or psilocybin, possession of amphetamine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies, in Seabrook on Jan. 2 and Hampton on Feb. 20.

Marcie Ann Janvrin, 49, of Folly Mill Terrace in Seabrook on a felony sale of dextroamphetamine charge on Feb. 22, 2022, to a confidential source of the Seabrook Police Department.

Adella M. Johnson, 33, of Visa Avenue in Derry on an extended term of imprisonment simple assault charge. She was accused of kicking a Derry police officer in the face on June 6.

Justin A. Johnson-Pittman, 24, of New Fairview Avenue in Newark, New Jersey, on accomplice forgery and attempted theft by deception-accomplice charges, both felonies. He was accused of assisting James Dobbin by driving him to TD Bank in Derry on May 30 to cash a check drawn on Clear Choice Home Improvements LLC for $1,972.10 using a fake driver’s license.

Rebecca Maureen Kennedy, 29, of Reservoir Road in Gloucester, Massachusetts, on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies. She was accused of concealing the crack on her persons while in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on March 26.

Myles Kilmer, 41, of Chase Road in Londonderry on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Sept. 30, 2022, in Londonderry.

Lorri Ann Kimball, 60, of Rockingham Village in Seabrook on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook while working there between June 20 and July 25, 2022. Twice before, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Calen Kutrubes, 24, of Random Road in Bedford on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 286 in Seabrook on May 28 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Meghan Leigh Leavitt, 39, of Layman Way in Alfred, Maine, on possession of buprenorphine, possession of cocaine, and possession of amphetamine charges, all felonies, on March 18 in Seabrook.

John Edward Lennox, 58, of Collins Street in Seabrook on felony in possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a Glock handgun on March 8 in Seabrook. Lennox is a felon due to a drug sale conviction in August 1984 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
