Alleged Franklin Meth, Fentanyl Dealer Indicted In Superior Court
Plus, convicted Concord thieves indicted on more charges, Danbury sex offender indicted, Allenstown woman indicted for having pot in prison.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Sande Lamanuzzi, 51, upper left, of Franklin and/or County Farm Road in Ossipee, on five counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone, methamphetamine, heroin/fentanyl, fentanyl, and five counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone, methamphetamine, heroin/fentanyl, fentanyl with intent to distribute, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Dec. 8, and Dec. 29, 2017, in Franklin. According to the indictment, at the time of the charges, she was out on bail from Hillsborough County Superior Court-North and was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Concord District Court in October 2015.
Christopher Lee, 40, upper middle, of Moulton Hill Road in Danbury, for felony duty to report. On Dec. 13, 2017, he allegedly failed to register with Danbury Police. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault in September 1996, in Sullivan County Superior Court against a victim under 13. He was also convicted of duty to report in Sullivan County Superior Court in June 2015, in 2004, and sex offender registration in March 2013. The state of New Hampshire noted that Lee was convicted last year of violation of probation or parole as well as breach of bail, hindering apprehension, issuing bad checks, and simple assault in the past.

Jacqueline Leighton, 34, of Monroe Avenue in Allenstown, for delivery of articles to prisoners. On Dec. 29, 2017, she allegedly had marijuana in her possession while at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.

Clayton Lindberg, 28, upper right, a homeless man now located in Concord but housed in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for felony convicted felons. On Feb. 1, 2018, he allegedly was in possession of a dagger in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a felony on April 2016.
Cody Loos, 22, lower right, of Manchester, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking-principal/accomplice. On Aug. 24, and Sept. 7, 2017, he reportedly acted in concert with Nicholas Ramalho to allegedly obtain merchandise from Walmart in Concord. Loos, according to the indictment, has been convicted of theft twice.
Jamie Lucier, 33, lower left, a homeless man now located in Concord with a last known address of Eastern Avenue, for felony theft of lost or mislaid property. On Dec. 18, 2017, he allegedly took a debit/credit card that had been left in a card reading device at a store in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted twice of theft before.
