Around 9 a.m. on Sept. 24, police were sent to the Irving gas station on Pleasant Street for a report of a possible stolen vehicle. A store employee reported a customer's 2002 Chrysler minivan was stolen 15 minutes before. The owner of the vehicle let another man use it to run errands. The second man left the vehicle running in the parking lot. He was in the store for about a minute before realizing the minivan was gone. The woman was described as having red and brown hair with one side of her head shaved, a dark sweater, Adidas pants, and a blanket. The employee said the woman told her, while in the store, she just checked out of Concord Hospital. The officer watched video of the incident, obtained a photo of the suspect, and distributed it to other police departments. Manchester police “quickly got back to me” with a photo of Littlefield taken two days before, according to a report. The hospital also confirmed she was discharged around 4 a.m. that morning, an affidavit stated. The officer viewed video from the hospital and confirmed it was the same person. A warrant was issued for her arrest on Oct. 6. Littlefield had a disposition hearing on Oct. 31 and an arraignment on Nov. 3 in Merrimack County Superior Court. Littlefield was arrested by New Hampshire State Police on June 23 on a felony drug possession charge-heroin after being accused of swerving near Exit 5 on Interstate 89 in Hopkinton, being accused of “making strange clenching movements with her mouth,” as if she were on drugs, admitting to being a heroin user, and possessing a purse full of works and other drug paraphernalia, according to an affidavit.
