Concord Couple Arrested On Theft Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — T. Devene H. Truepoente, born 1949, of Concord was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2020, on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at the Concord Public Library on Green Street.

Britney Bedard, born 1990, of Auburn was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on Feb. 18 on a disobeying an officer charge. She was arrested on North Main Street near the Statehouse.

Shashi Pande, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on Feb. 16 on two simple assault charges after an incident at Concord Gardens.

Kevin D. Harrington, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 10:08 p.m. on Feb. 13 on a warrant.

Frederick H. Boening Jr., born 1957, of Manchester was arrested at 6:48 p.m. on Feb. 12 on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges after an incident on Storrs Street at the Storrs Street Garage.

Elijah Lee Merchant, born 1989, of South Berwick, Maine, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Feb. 11 on a criminal mischief charge as well as three bench warrants after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Christopher Adler, born 1985, of Hooksett was arrested on a warrant at 9:24 p.m. on Feb. 10 after an incident on North State Street.

William Leroy Vinal, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 3:10 a.m. on Jan. 27 on a warrant and a resisting arrest or detention charge. He was arrested near the clock tower on North Main Street.

Michelle Linda Doucette, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on Jan. 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge and a bench warrant. Also arrested was Warren Louis Doucette Sr., of Concord on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. They were arrested after incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Daniel R. Laplante, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Jan. 20 on two bench warrants and a warrant as well as a violation of probation or parole charge. He was arrested in the east side of the city near Loudon Road and Interstate 393.
