Elderly Man Indicted On Child Sex Images Charges: Roundup
Plus, alleged Maine reckless driver, alleged Boston shoplifter who used coffee as a weapon, and alleged drug dealers, also indicted.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Martin Hodgson, 24, pictured lower left, of Scituate Road in York, ME, for felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana for allegedly driving on Route 101 at approximately 100 mph while weaving between other moving vehicles on June 14, 2017, in Raymond.
Lance Holloman, 30, pictured lower middle, of Santuit Street in Boston, MA, for felony robbery for allegedly using physical force – including throwing hot coffee at a man’s face – during a theft incident at Lord & Taylor in Salem on Feb. 15, 2017.

Edward Howard, 71, pictured upper left, of Hollis Drive in Hampstead, on seven felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images allegedly on Oct. 13, 2016, in Hampstead. Joshua Hurd, 33, pictured upper middle, currently incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord, on seven felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-psilocin, Tramadol, amphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana, methamphetamine, methylphenidate with intent to sell or dispense, allegedly on Dec. 10, 2016, in Epping. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of cocaine dealing and heroin dealing in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Ahmed Ibrahim, 32, of Bristol Court in Derry, for identity fraud, two counts of attempted identity fraud, five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and six counts of attempted fraudulent use of a credit card. The charges stem from alleged incident in Derry in September and October 2016.
Gary Johnson, 53, pictured upper right, of Spruce Lane in Kingston, for felony failure to register as a sex offender allegedly on Jan. 9, 2017, in Kingston. He was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault in February 2003.
Sherea Jones, 27, of Norman Terrace in Agawam, MA, for identity fraud and theft by deception. On June 20, 2016, she allegedly posed as another person to open a line of credit at Best Buy in Stratham to obtain gift cards. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.
Victoria Kerr, 39, of Trasvale Acers in Conway, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl as well as theft by unauthorized taking allegedly on March 18, 2017, at the Kohl’s in Newington.
Frank Kimball, 28, with a last known address of Franklin Street in Haverhill, MA, for receiving stolen property and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, all felonies, for allegedly obtaining control of a credit card on Jan. 5, 2017, in Plaistow, and making purchases with it.
Nicole Lafontaine, 36, of South Shore Drive in Pelham, for felony burglary for allegedly entering into a Lancelot Court apartment in Salem for the purpose of committing a theft on May 4, 2017.
Dean Landry, 62, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, for felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking as well as detention and sanctions for default or breach of bail conditions and unauthorized use of propelled vehicle or rented property. On May 22, 2017, in Portsmouth, he allegedly exercised unauthorized control of a Jeep owned by another person while he was out on bail.
Christopher Lapointe, 30, of Lewis Lane in Hampstead, for felony possession of a controlled drug-psilocybin and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Feb. 25, 2017, in Kingston.
Jason Loomer, 42, of Quincy Street in Methuen, MA, for theft by unauthorized taking and attempted theft by deception, both felonies, for allegedly stealing items from the Home Depot in Salem on May 17, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft.
Paul Lopez, 30, of Congress Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-represented to be heroin but later determined to be fentanyl and Tramadol with intent to sell allegedly on May 11, 2017, in Salem.
