Londonderry Man Indicted On Strangulation, Witness Tampering Charges: Court Roundup
Man indicted on gun threat charges in Kingston; Derry woman accused of 7 child assault charges; Hampton felon faces firearm, other charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Autumn St. John, 30, of West Broadway in Derry on seven felony counts of extended term imprisonment-second-degree assault charges. She was accused of beating a child repeatedly between Oct. 1 and Nov. 25, 2021, in Derry.
Shannon Anderson, 26, of Charlotte Street in Hartford, Connecticut, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Ulta in Epping on Dec. 22, 2022.

Arthur Triantafilos Batalogianis, 37, of Constitution Drive in Londonderry on second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies, as well as stalking-domestic violence and violation of a protective order charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Jan. 21 in Londonderry and attempting to get her to testify or inform falsely via a message from to a third party, stating she needed to tell the truth that he wasn’t trying to kill her or the baby or words to that effect on Feb. 2 in Londonderry.
Steven A. Broadley, 42, of Washington Heights Road in Washington on domestic violence-criminal threatening, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a handgun at a family member’s head and face and firing the gun into a vehicle the person was occupied in on Feb. 25 in Kingston.

Richard Alan Butler, 54, of Stickney Terrace in Hampton on five felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a .22 rifle, a .25 handgun, a .22 revolver, a Poly .223 rifle, and a Poly 80 9 mm handgun between Feb. 13 and Feb. 14 and firing the Poly .223 rifle, and Poly 80 9 mm handgun near an apartment building and rail trail in Hampton. Shawn Christopher Cadieux, 39, of Hampshire Drive in Nashua on robbery, receiving stolen property, and conduct after an accident charges. He was accused of using force to steal a vehicle, possessing a stolen Dodge Ram 2500 van, and failing to stop at a crash scene at the intersection of Manchester Road and Folsom Road on Dec. 12, 2022, in Derry.
Heather Marie Cash, 45, of Campbell Drive in Hampton on an attempted first-degree assault charge. She was accused of approaching another person from behind while holding a knife in a stabbing position on Nov. 13, 2022, in Hampton.
Mercedes Evelia Cauich, 39, of Jefferson Street in Petaluma, California, on second-degree assault-domestic violence and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, both felonies. She was accused of stabbing an intimate partner in the shoulder with a knife during a struggle in Salem on Dec. 26, 2022.
