9 Charged After Disorderly Conduct Call At Cottages: Hampton Cop Log
Woman faces attempted first-degree assault charge; Revere man arrested on drunken driving charge; Manchester man faces felony theft charge.
HAMPTON, NH — Joseph Dean Young, 19, of Mission Hills, Kansas; Colin Craig, 20, of Hampton; Kyler Lewis, 19, of Hampton; Bradley D. McMains, 19, of Hampton; Emil Baardsen, 19, of Hampton; Chase Tyler Conlon, 20, of Phoenix, Arizona; Seamus Brian Cummings, 19, of Newburyport, Massachusetts; and Carson Bradley James, 20, of Falmouth, Maine; were all charged with unlawful possession-intoxication. Lars Robert Osterberg, 19, of Hingham, MA, was also charged with unlawful possession-intoxication and manufacture-possess false government ID. They were all charged at 11:39 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2022, after a disorderly conduct incident at Harbor View Cottages on Johnson Avenue.
Heather Cash, 45, of Hampton was arrested at 5:44 p.m. on Nov. 13 on domestic violence-simple assault and attempt to commit first-degree assault-deadly weapons charges. She was arrested after an incident on Campbell Drive.
Jose A. Cuellar, 51, of Revere, MA, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on Nov. 11 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after a stop on Park Avenue.

Jack P. Kelly, 57, of Hampton was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on Nov. 9 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol, according to police. Kelly was arrested after a domestic incident on O Street.
Kathryn T. Cronin, 40, of Hampton was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:50 p.m. on Nov. 9. She was arrested after an incident on Island Path.

Conor William Allyn, 22, of Hampton was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 8 on a warrant as well as reckless operation and conduct after an accident charges. He was arrested at police headquarters.
Joshua C. Blake, 32, of Kittery, ME, was arrested at 4:11 p.m. on Nov. 8 on a bench warrant. He was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol, according to police. Blake was arrested after police were sent to Kentville Terrace for a report of a landlord-tenant dispute.
Marcus Lee Miller, 32, of Manchester was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on Nov. 7 on a felony theft by deception, more than $1,500, charge. He was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.
