Nashua Man Indicted On Burglary, 8 Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Steven Brennan, 55, of Satin Avenue in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of hitting another person in the head with a metal folding chair on Nov. 1, 2021, in Nashua.

Shawn Cadieux, 39, of Whittington Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening to kill another person with a knife in Merrimack on Dec. 9, 2022, and retaining a stolen 2017 pickup truck in Hollis on Dec. 12, 2022.

Christian Capener, 53, of no fixed address in Merrimack, on forgery and issuing bad checks charges, both felonies. He was accused of altering a check issued by A.C. General in Merrimack at Citizens Bank for $5,436.95, knowing it would not be paid on Dec. 14, 2022.

Francisco Castillo, 28, of Badger Street in Nashua on burglary and eight aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home in Nashua on Dec. 3, 2022, and repeatedly raping and sexually assaulting a woman and threatening to kill her. Charles Corcoran, 37, of Buffalo Court in Woodbridge, Virginia, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of working in concert with Elisha Payne to burglarize a storage unit at Storage Sense Storage on Brady Drive in Hudson on Aug. 20, 2022.

Maureen Corsetti, 33, of Beacon Court in Nashua on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, psilocybin, amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix, methylphenidate, and methamphetamine, charges, on Dec. 4, and Dec. 8, 2022, in Nashua.

Amanda Crocker, 29, of Meadowview Lane in Merrimack on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Nov. 7, 2022, in Merrimack.

Sean Dandley, 29, of Central Street in Hudson on falsifying physical evidence and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth, psilocin and psilocybin, and cocaine, charges, all felonies, on Oct. 18, 2022, in Nashua. He was accused of concealing a firearm on Railroad Square in Nashua on Oct. 30, 2022.

Patrick Flynn, 40, of David Drive in Milford on an indecent exposure or lewdness charge. He was accused of exposing himself by sending a picture of his genitals to a teenager in Milford between Aug. 20, and Oct. 22, 2022.
