Maine Trucker Indicted On Deadly Weapon Charge After Crash: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: New York men indicted on theft charges; Plaistow man indicted on bail jumping, drug charges; Boston man accused of attempted burglary.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Nathaniel M. Ray, 46, of Free Street in Lisbon Falls, Maine, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of placing other drivers in danger by driving an 80,000-pound tractor-trailer and crashing it while drunk in North Hampton on March 29. Matthew T. Rejcek, 38, of Joanne Drive in Plaistow on bail jumping and possession of fentanyl and xylazine mix charges, both felonies, after being accused of missing a court date on a drug charge on March 6 in Salem.

Martin J. Roche, 37, of Alfred Street in Biddeford, Maine, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of receiving or retaining stolen tools owned by Home Depot on Oct. 9, 2021, in Hampton. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Ahmed Diomasy Sawadogo, 21, of Frederick Douglass Boulevard, New York, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising unauthorized control over more than $1,500 of Apple Store merchandise in Salem on Dec. 1, 2022.

Brittany Lynn Scott, 39, of Arbor Street in Exeter on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Winter Street in Exeter on March 15 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Holly Ann Sears, 43, of Edgewood Drive in Allenstown on felony driving while certified as a habitual offender and driving without giving proof, motor vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. She was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Windham on April 17.
Sean Raymone Seigler, 37, of Richfield Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on a felony attempted burglary charge. He was accused of attempting to enter a residence on Hilton Avenue in Exeter on April 27 to commit stalking.
Benjamin Adam Sickles, 45, of South Washington Street in Seattle, Washington, on a felon in possession of a firearm felony charge on Jan. 19 in Auburn. He is a felon due to a conviction in Skowhegan Superior Court in Maine in October 2006.
Kenneth Martin Sabatell, 31, a homeless man now located in Milford, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check on the account of Millyard Cabinetry Inc. for $3,744.11 at St. Mary’s Bank in Londonderry on Sept. 18, 2023.
Tytus James Scott, 21, of South Main Street in Hampton on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Ocean Boulevard and Winnacunnet Road in Hampton on April 11, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Jaret Thurgood Simpson, 31, of Main Street in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, on a felony accomplice to receiving stolen property charge. He worked in concert with Shakeem Harris and Kofi Griffith to steal more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Home Depot, according to the indictment, in Londonderry on April 17.
