Milford Man Indicted On Strangulation Charge Out Of Bow: Merrimack County Court Roundup

Thief indicted on another charge; Barnstead, Bristol residents, and others face drug indictments; Concord habitual offender indicted again.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Amanda M. Mullen, 32, of Spring Street in Bristol for a felony possession of methadone charge in Franklin on June 4, 2022.

Jeffrey J. Riel Jr., 36, of South Barnstead Road in Barnstead on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and cocaine mix, meth, and MDA, charges, on Aug. 3, 2022, in Pittsfield.

Gino Ross, 50, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on Feb. 14 after being certified as a habitual offender on Feb. 4, 2005.

Nathan P. Russell, 35, of Lummoxville Road in Haverhill on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Franklin on Dec. 10, 2022.

Daniel S. Sadler, 43, of Nashua Street in Milford on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member on Feb. 1 in Bow.

Toby T. Sanville, 50, of Canaan Street in Canaan on a felony possession of meth charge on Feb. 21 in Bow.

Lowell Schnurr, 31, of Claremont on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Feb. 7 in Bow.

Jonathan M. Scribner, 27, of Martinson Lane in Allenstown on a felony possession of meth charge on Feb. 20 in Boscawen.

Holly Ann Sears, 42, of Edgewood Drive in Allenstown on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining stolen property from Lowe’s in Concord on Nov. 15, 2022, after being convicted twice before on theft charges (in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2022 and Concord District Court in March 2019).
