Man Arrested On Criminal Threat Charge At Concord Hospital: Log
Portsmouth man faces criminal trespass charge at resource center; Penacook man, with priors, picked up for property damage; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — John T. Molway, 53, of Portsmouth was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2021, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street.
Joseph F. Schultz, 27, of Penacook was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on Dec. 23 on a bench warrant and a conduct after; property damage charge after an incident on Elm Street in Penacook. He has an active second-degree assault, simple assault, and obstructing report of a crime case in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Patty N. Lefebvre, born 1983, of Laconia was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on Dec. 23 on a warrant as well as a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a front lights fail-turn on lights when required violation after an incident on Interstate 93 north on the Exit 13 onramp.

Rhonda Thibeault, 32, of Concord received a summons on a bench warrant at 7 p.m. on Dec. 23 after an incident at the Speedway on Hall Street.
Ernest J. Hamel, born 1962, of Concord was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Dec. 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Sewalls Falls Raod.

Tylor J. Soukone, 35, of Bristol was arrested at 2 a.m. on Dec. 23 on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge after an incident on Whitney Road. He was arraigned on Dec. 23, held on preventative detention, and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Feb. 3 for a dispositional conference. Soukone has a pending habitual offender case out of Salisbury from Dec. 15, 2021. He pleaded guilty to a habitual offender charge in December 2020 out of Hill and a habitual offender charge out of Hooksett in June 2020.
Winter Riley, born 2001, of Concord received a summons at 12:45 a.m. on Dec. 23 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.
Scott Richard David, 57, of Manchester was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on Dec. 22 on felony forgery and felony theft by deception, $1,501 or more, charges. He was arrested after an incident at Ledyard National Bank on South Main Street. David was arraigned on the charge on Dec. 23 and is due back in court for a dispositional conference on March 15.
Holly Sears, 40, of Allenstown was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on Dec. 22 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. She has an arraignment scheduled for Jan. 20 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Clyde Earl Shatney, born 1961, of Concord was arrested at 12:27 p.m. on Dec. 22 on a sex offender registry; knowing, failure to comply charge. He was charged after an incident on South Main Street. Shatney is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Jan. 20. He was convicted of sexual assault in March 2010 and on felonious sexual assault charges in January 2014. He had his sentence in the 2014 cases amended in July 2018.
Charles N. Anzaldi, born 1972, of Concord was cited at 10:15 a.m. on Dec. 22 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
