Massachusetts Man Accused Of Stealing $1,501+ Worth Of Pokemon Cards: Salem Cop Log
Teen accused of criminal threatening, domestic violence; Texas man faces theft charge at Walmart; Lawrence woman arrested on a crash charge.

SALEM, NH — Earl Moore, 26, of Pandale Drive in Mesquite, Texas, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on May 10, 2023, on a theft by unauthorized taking, $1,001 to $1,500, charge. He was arrested after a loss prevention employee at Walmart on North Broadway Street accused a past employee of theft. Moore was released on $250 cash bail
Jayvonte Juju Lucien III, 24, of Morse Street in Watertown, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:44 p.m. on May 10 on felony falsifying physical evidence and obstructing government administration charges. Police were sent to Chianti Drive to investigate a report of a red quad, a 2014 Honda TRX 450 ER ATV, stolen by a Hispanic man. The man was seen getting into a hatchback on Pelham Road. Officers then stopped a van on Pelham Road. Lucien was then arrested.
Francine A. Allen, 57, of Cove Road in Salem was arrested at 2:27 p.m. on May 10 on a willful concealment charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested on a warrant.

Timothy Paul Gleason, 40, of North Lowell Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on May 10 on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felony, charges. He was arrested on a warrant.
Josue Alexis Portillo, 19, of Brook Road in Salem was arrested at 10:31 on May 10 on domestic violence-simple assault, obstructing report of a crime-injury, criminal threatening-property, and breach of bail charges. Police were sent to a domestic incident at a condo on Cluff Crossing Road. A man was trespassed from the condo at the request of a woman. Later, police arrested Portillo on charges.

Mahalia Brigette Richardson, 20, of Norris Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 8:37 a.m. on May 10 on a conduct after an accident charge. She was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.
Ryan David Bassett, 34, of Mystic Valley Parkway in Medford, MA, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on May 2 on felony willful concealment-$1,501+ and resisting arrest or detention charges. Police were sent to Target on South Broadway Street for a report of a man leaving the store with a cart full of Pokemon cards without paying for them. The man was outside the store, putting the cards in trash bags inside two vehicles. When he saw the police, he took off running but was arrested behind Annie’s Hallmark.
Nelson Fuentez Lopez, 30, of Cross Street in Lawrence, MA, was cited at 8 p.m. on May 1 on an operating without a valid license charge after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.
Philip Fred Whitney, 40, of North Policy Street in Salem was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on May 1 on a bail jumping charge. He was arrested on a warrant.
