Manchester Man Arrested by Rockingham Sheriff for Sexual Assault, Indecent Exposure

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Ryan P. Mahoney, 25, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, was arrested on Nov. 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Christopher A. Lavalley, 32, of Victor Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Nov. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution owed on a previous receiving stolen property charge.

Richard J. Ouelette, 52, of Willow Road in Windham, was arrested on Nov. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Jimmy M. Garcia, 35, of Silver Street in Manchester, was arrested on Nov. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea of a felonious sexual assault charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of indecent exposure, and on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of sexual assault.

Matthew B. Clatterbuck, 23, of Hickory Avenue in North Hampton, was arrested on Nov. 15, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for obstructing government administration, on a judge’s order to arrest for indecent exposure, and on a judge’s order to arrest for disorderly.

George C. Belt, 41, of John Stark Highway in Newport, was arrested on Nov. 12, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft by deception charge.

Gary F. Biddiscombe Jr., 26, of Fellsway West in Medford, MA, was arrested on Nov. 9, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the disp conf on a theft by deception charge. He was arrested again on Nov. 10, 2016, on a warrant for being a fugitive from justice.

Melanie K. Chiachio, 46, of East Road in Hampstead, was arrested on Nov. 10, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for defe sent on a shoplifting charge.
