Salem Man Arrested for Bail Revocation on a Heroin Charge: Sheriffs

Plus, Mass. habitual offender and a car thief charged, Plaistow man allegedly steals firearm, and Manchester woman faces forgery charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office:

David J. Delaurier Jr., 34, pictured, of Lake Street in Salem, was arrested on Aug. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for bail revocation or an original charge of heroin possession.

Jack L. Buzzell, 31, of Orchard Avenue in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Aug. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a habitual offender charge.

Thomas J. Mignanelli, 34, of South Hampton Street in East Boston, MA, was arrested on Aug. 12, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a final pre-trial hearing for a vehicle theft charge.

Ryan P. Mahoney, 25, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP New Hope on a theft of a firearm charge.

Robert A. Duff, 39, of Claire Road in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a theft charge.

Alexander D. Thompson, 30, of Tower Hill Road in Osterville, MA, was arrested on Aug. 9, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of cocaine charge.

Christopher R. Isberg, 32, of Robinson Court in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Aug. 5, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a theft charge.

Leah I. Stockton, 24, of Amherst Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a forgery charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by deception.

Andrew J. Roy, 23, of Cote Road in Salem, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer, on a judge’s order to arrest for resisting arrest, and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an assault on a corrections officer charge.
