Pajama-Clad Woman on Main Street Arrested for Heroin After Hotel Complaint: LOG

Concord Police: High Street woman arrested with pot in bra, lost Laconia woman allegedly slaps man in the face, man arrested after crash.

Rianna S. Martin, 29, of High Street in Penacook, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2015, on a bench warrant and possession of controlled drugs. An officer on foot patrol in Boudreau Square saw two people sitting in the Penacook Village Laundromat on Village Street. They didn’t appear to be doing laundry, so he went over to speak to them. One – Martin – had an active warrant from Nov. 30, 2015, out of Concord District Court with $5,000 cash bail, so she was arrested. Just after being handcuffed, she allegedly told the officer she was in possession of marijuana but it was in her bra. The officer reportedly un-cuffed one of her hands and allowed her to retrieve the baggie with the pot from her bra and the drug charge was added to her docket. She was held and arraigned later that morning.

Richard A. Smith, 60, of Old Shaker Road in Loudon, was arrested 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 2, for conduct after an accident, unlawful or unsafe backing of a vehicle, change of name or address, and change of address, from Nov. 14, 2015, on Thorndike Street. Smith is due in court on Jan. 11, 2016.

Eric D. Lassonde, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. on Nov. 30, for criminal mischief after an incident on Oct. 25, 2015, at Concord Hospital involving damage to a wall. Lassonde is due in court on Jan. 11, 2016.

Tina M. Engelhardt, 38, of Main Street in Hooksett, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on Nov. 21, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, from Sept. 17, 2015, at Walmart on Loudon Road. She’s due in court on Jan. 4, 2016.

Mark M. Rufo, 61, of Woodcrest Heights Drive in Concord, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Nov. 12, for simple assault, after an incident on Oct. 30, 2015, at Pierce and Laurel streets. Rufo is due in court on Dec. 21.

George Banning, 21, of Church Street in Hillsborough, received a summons at 2:58 a.m. on Oct. 31, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for a plate light violation. Banning is due in court on Dec. 14.

Rebekah S. Thomas, 36, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:32 a.m. on Oct. 20, for felony penalties; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Police were sent to the Holiday Inn on North Main Street for a report of an unwanted guest with drugs. At the same time, another officer saw a woman in pajamas running down North Main Street toward the Cumberland Farms. That woman – Thomas – turned out to be the same woman the hotel was allegedly having an issue with. She was transported back to the hotel while police found out what was going on, according to the report. A clerk at the hotel alleged that there were drugs in the room Thomas was in and requested that police escort her to her room to fetch her belongings and remove her. Officers allegedly found a loaded syringe, with diluted heroin, and a glass smoking device with an SOS pad stuffed in one end in the bathroom. A spoon with residue was reportedly was found near a television. Thomas allegedly told officers that she was staying at the hotel because she had no place else to go. She was arrested, given a no trespass letter, and taken to police headquarters. On a number of occasions, according to the arrest report, Thomas was nodding off while in the custody of police. One time, she allegedly nearly hit her head on the prison cell bars.

Richard J. Hardy, 32, of Rissell Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Oct. 18, for receiving stolen property. Officers were sent to the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street for a report of a theft of a bottle of Johnnie Walker Green. They scoured the area looking for the suspects and found two men. One – Hardy – allegedly admitted to stealing the bottle and was arrested.

Theo Bosa, 23, of Liberty Street, received a summons at 2:24 a.m. on Oct. 17, for stopping/standing/parking prohibited and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Airport Road for not making a left turn while the light was green. Bosa, according to a check, lost his license on Sept. 9, 2015, for default court summons.

Sara A. Smith, 34, a homeless woman now located in Laconia, was arrested at 8:53 pm. on Oct. 16, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to the Burger King on Hall Street for a disturbance. The officers found Smith and a man arguing by the trunk of a vehicle. Smith reportedly told the officers that she and her boyfriend had been evicted from their apartment in Laconia and were heading to a shelter in Concord where they were going to meet a relative. On the way, they got lost and started arguing and she allegedly slapped the man in the face, according to the report. She then went to Burger King to use the wi-fi in order to contact another person. The officers spoke to the man and he reportedly denied any physical assault. They also spoke with witnesses and Smith was arrested.

Craig S. Laber, 53, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 2:50 p.m. on Oct. 15, for possession of an alcoholic beverage on public property, under the Loudon Road bridge.
