Seabrook Man Indicted On 25 Child Sexual Abuse Images Counts: Superior Court Roundup

Mass. man indicted on Londonderry fentanyl death resulting charge; MA man indicted on Salem robbery charges; voter intimidation indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Lance R. Knowles, 33, of Farm Lane in Seabrook on 13 possession of child sexual abuse images charges and 12 distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing and sharing videos on Aug. 3, Aug. 6, Aug. 7, and Aug. 15, 2023, in Seabrook, via Kik direct messenger.

Steven Kramer, 55, of Napoleon Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana, on five felony counts of bribing, intimidation, suppression and five counts of impersonation of candidates. He was accused of fake robocalls to voters in Derry, Hampton, Londonderry, and Newmarket on Jan. 21, to keep them from voting. Jacqueline Sara Leighton, 41, of Monroe Avenue in Allenstown on a felony possession of alprazolam charge on Nov. 16, 2023, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted before of prior offenses.

Daniel J. Lestrade, 39, of Rivers Edge Drive in Medford, Massachusetts, on sale-dispense of fentanyl-death resulting and sale-dispense of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of selling or dispensing the drug to another person who later died of an overdose between Nov. 12 and Nov. 13, 2023, in Londonderry.

Thomas Dee Long, 58, of Kilkelly Court in Dallas, Georgia, on felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon. He was accused of possessing a firearm in Derry between March 28, 2021, and March 23, 2022, after being convicted of child molestation in the superior court of Paulding County, Georgia, in June 1988.

Luis Enrique Guerrero Martinez, 30, of Newbury Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge with intent to dispense. He was accused of possessing 5 grams or more of the drug in Salem on Jan. 5.

Mark McAllister, 60, of Rivers Edge Drive in Medford, MA, on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. He was accused of using another person’s credit card to purchase more than $1,500 worth of goods from Foot Locker in Salem on Nov. 25, 2023.

Derrick Charles McCassling, 62, of Riverside Drive in New York, New York, on identity fraud, possession of crack cocaine, and attempted theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to withdraw $5,500 from another person’s Northeast Credit Union account in Exeter on Feb. 9.

Gregory Anderson Rosario Calcano, 27, of Oak Street in Lawrence, MA, on attempted theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to cash a false check for $3,400 in Salem on Dec. 26, 2023.

Scott Amon Rowell, 38, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on theft by deception and forgery charges. He was accused of uttering a check for $2,599.11 from 180 International LLC in Derry and-or Peoples United Bank on Jan. 21, 2022.

Nathan John Saben, 36, of Pilling Street in Haverhill, MA, on felon in possession of a deadly weapon, armed robbery, and two attempted armed robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of robbing people inside a vehicle on Geremonty Drive and attempting to rob people in a vehicle on Lawrence Road in Salem on Oct. 3, 2023.
