Mass. Residents Indicted On Exeter, Salem Theft Charges: Court Roundup
ME man indicted on drug distribution charges; Hampton woman indicted on vehicular assault charges; Derry man indicted on DWI after crash.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Justus Andrew Carne, 40, of Brady Avenue in Derry, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Nashua Road in Londonderry while intoxicated and causing a motor vehicle collision on Sept. 21, 2024.
Jonathan Castro, 23, of Green Acre Drive in Salem, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of taking unauthorized control over a 2007 Jeep Liberty on Aug. 16, 2024, in Salem.

Carolina Helena Celis-Curtin, 41, of Broadway in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl and-or heroin and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and stealing merchandise from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on July 20, 2024.
Keith Michael Colado, 50, of Green Street in Somersworth, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He acted in concert with or aided by Mikayla Karkos to steal merchandise from Lowe’s in Epping on April 3, 2024, according to the indictment. Twice before, the indictment said, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Taylor R. Crichton, 27, of Mason Road in Milton, on possession of suboxone and possession or crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on June 4, 2024, in Epping.

William Bruce Frazier Jr., 39, of Washburn Street in Caribou, Maine, on two felony possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, on Nov. 1, 2023, in Salem.
Johanna Theresa Gagalis, 43, a homeless woman now located in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking committed while on release charges. She was accused of stealing flooring materials from Home Depot in Salem on July 24 and Sept. 20, 2024. At the time of both charges, Gagalis was out on bail from Rockingham County Superior Court.
Isaiah LJ Gagnon, 29, of Adams Street in Lynn, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the Super Smoke Shop & Mart in Salem on Feb. 26, 2024. Twice before, he was convicted of theft.
Wascal Gomez, 30, of Barker Street in Methuen, MA, on two possession of a controlled substance-intent to distribute, meth and fentanyl, and three sale of controlled drug charges, meth and fentanyl, all felonies. He was aided by Yoan Aguasviva-Familia and knowingly transported and possessed the drugs in Salem on Aug. 25, Sept. 5, and Sept. 10, 2024, according to the indictment.
Georgia P. Gynan, 33, of 1st Street in Hampton, on reckless conduct and second-degree assault charges, both felonies, and a vehicular assault charge. She was accused of driving a vehicle as a deadly weapon, failing to stop at a red light, on Route 1A in Seabrook on June 28, 2024.
Omanni Tkai Hairston, 22, of Codman Hill Avenue in Dorchester, MA, on organized retail crime enterprise, receiving stolen property, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. Hairston acted as a lookout while Larry Jamal Bell-Wilkins stole goods from Ulta in Exeter and concealed unopened boxes of fragrance by arranging a jacket over the items on Nov. 2, 2023, according to the indictment.
Benjamin Francis Halpin, 39, of North Main Street in Salem, on possession of meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and concealing or removing a handgun magazine and throwing it out of a moving boat and into Arlington Pond to impair an investigation on Sept. 18, 2024, in Salem.
