Northwood Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jenny Dee Jacobs, 48, of Weare Street in Rochester on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Lafayette Road in Seabrook on Jan. 2, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ethan Kea Johnston, 33, of Orchard Lane of Northwood on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of threatening to stab a family or household member with a knife, saying, “Give me a reason to kill you, and I will,” on Aug. 29, 2023, in Northwood.

Frederick John Jones III, 59, of Caddy Drive in Salem on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 102 in Londonderry on Aug. 2, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Brooke Elizabeth Juliano, 37, of Salem Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on accomplice theft by unauthorized taking and organized retail crime enterprise charges, both felonies. She was accused of aiding Angel Aguilar Rojas, according to the indictment, to steal merchandise from Macy’s in Salem on July 18, 2023.

Bryan R. Towler, 40, of Taylor Street in Hampton on two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice on Aug. 19, 2023, in Hampton.

Stephen Tracy, 24, of Payne Road in Scarborough, Maine, on falsifying physical evidence and two possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell charges, meth and fentanyl. He was accused of possessing the drugs and concealing a bag in a bush in Stratham on July 1, 2023.

Reginald Allen Trefethen, 30, of Knight Street in Rochester on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Feb. 14, 2023, in Brentwood.

Shawn Michael Varney, 44, of Belmont Street in Manchester on delivery of articles prohibited and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing fentanyl in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on June 7, 2023.

Jessica Hope Walton, 34, of Grove Street in Haverhill, MA, on a possession of clonazepam and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and stealing merchandise from Walmart in Plaistow on March 26, 2022. Twice before, Walton was convicted on two counts of armed robbery in the Barnstable MA Superior Court in July 2017.

Zachary Garth Wilson, 25, of Treaty Court in Fremont on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Calef Highway in Epping on July 12, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
