Alleged Fentanyl And Meth Dealers Indicted In Merrimack County

Convicted Franklin burglar indicted on theft charges, alleged Newbury strangler indicted, Concord woman indicted for conspiracy to commit.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.

Rhonda Thibeault, 28, of Loudon Road in Concord, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on June 28, 2017, on Loudon Road in Concord.

Shannon Timoney, 26, upper left, of Green Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine allegedly on June 10, 2017, in Concord.

Samarah Thurston, 33, lower left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony conspiracy to commit the crime of delivery of articles to prisoners. Between Oct. 1, and Oct. 25, 2017, she allegedly agreed with Nicole Perry, Jamie Birmingham, Christopher Akerman, and/or others unknown to have drugs dropped off at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center and have them brought into the prison via Birmingham’s vagina.

Jordan Vachon, 25, lower middle, of Edwards Street in Franklin, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On March 6, 2017, he allegedly obtained control money from a Franklin Savings Bank account owned by another. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted, including a burglary counts in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2011 and May 2012.

Shawn Varney, 38, upper right, of Manchester, incarcerated in the Hillsborough County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, Buprenorphine allegedly on Sept. 15, 2017, in Hooksett.

Rose Watterson, 51, upper middle, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute allegedly on Nov. 12, 2017, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of dealing narcotics in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2009.

Sebastian Williams, 22, of Southgate Road in Newbury, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 16, 2017, in Newbury.
