Northwood Man Indicted On Strangulation, Attempted Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Man accused of gun threat charge in Portsmouth; MA woman indicted on 6 theft charges at Salem stores; man indicted on Exeter theft charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Angel Marcelino, 40, of Ash Street in Salem on unemployment compensation fraud and attempted unemployment compensation fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to access benefits between April and September 2021 by failing to report employment in Salem.

Christopher Marte, 26, of Holmes Road in Dedham, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of excising control over the property of Retro Video Game World in Exeter to resell or distribute on March 14, 2022.

Augustine Mauras, 32, of Pine Street in Methuen, MA, on possession of cocaine and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Victoria’s Secret in Salem on Sept. 11, 2022. The drug charge was from an incident in Salem on Dec. 20, 2022.

Timothy David McAllister, 25, of Cole Road in Northwood on attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault and four counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, all felonies, as well as a sexual assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner repeatedly between Dec. 30, and Dec. 31, 2022, and saying, “If this is the last time seeing you, I’m getting it,” before ripping her top off, pulling her panties down, grabbing her breasts, and forcing his fingers into her mouth in Northwood. McAllister was also accused of strangling the woman between Nov. 15, and Dec. 15, 2022, in Northwood.

Rachel Andrea McKinney, 31, of Newell Road in Wakefield, MA, on organized retail crime enterprise and six theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing large quantities of merchandise from Victoria’s Secret in Salem between Feb. 7 and June 11, 2022. McKinney was also accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of items from PINK in Salem on Jan. 12, Feb. 10, and April 2, 2022. Sergio Metes, 47, of Myrtle Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of attempting to place two people in fear by loading a magazine into a handgun, chambering a round, and pointing a handgun on July 25, 2022, in Portsmouth.

Marcus Lee Miller, 33, of Log Street in Manchester on a felony theft by deception charge. Between Aug. 3, and Oct. 20, 2022, he was accused of accepting money for work on a job on Drakeside Road in Hampton but failing to perform the work.

Jason Robert Moody, 43, of Market Street in Portsmouth on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Amberwood Drive in Exeter on Dec. 1, 2022.
