Nashua Woman Indicted On Arson Charge: Court Roundup

Tennessee man indicted on indecent exposure, child abuse image charges in Merrimack; drug indictments; teen accused of burglary in Milford.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Joshua Lavoie, 39, of Sanders Road in Hudson on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering a home in Hudson on Aug. 31.

Adam Lawrence, 43, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-oxycodone charge on April 30 in Nashua.

Devin Lundgren, 18, of Kennybeck Court in New Ipswich on burglary and attempted burglary charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing El Jefe Vapes on Elm Street in Milford on Oct. 20, 2020, and Royal Vapors on Union Square in Milford on Oct. 24, 2020.

Miranda Mainguy, 28, of Lions Avenue in Hudson on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of working in concert with another to steal more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from CVS in Hudson on July 3.

Amanda Marion, 29, of Union Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, fluorofentanyl charges on July 7 in Nashua.

Augustine Mauras, 31, of Mason Street in Nashua on a pistoles & revolvers; convicted felons, felony charge. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles on July 8 in Hudson.

Jasson Mendoza, 26, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson on an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving a 2013 Toyota Corolla on Canal and Bridge streets in Nashua while intoxicated, causing an accident, with serious bodily injury, on July 23.

Chelsie Morgan, 32, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a felony arson charge. She was accused of starting a fire at Mary’s House on West Pearl Street in Nashua on June 20. Read more about this case here: Nashua Woman Arrested On Arson Charge

Jay Mouncey, 43, of Beacon Court in Nashua on three felony duty to inform charges. He was accused of failing to notify police of a change of phone and residence on Aug. 5, and Oct. 28, 2020, in Nashua.

Brian Murphy, 57, of Wayside Inn in Sudbury, Massachusetts, on reckless conduct and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of backing into another person’s vehicle, putting another person in danger, and causing more than $1,500 in damage on June 13 in Merrimack.

Anthony Seth McClung, 25, of Staley Road in Unionville, Tennessee, on indecent exposure and lewdness, manufacture child sexual abuse images, and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges. He was accused of using a social media application to solicit inappropriate photos and videos from a 15-year-old and sent the teenager a photo of his genitalia between Dec. 1, 2020, and March 2, in Merrimack.

Christopher Nadeau, 40, of Auburn Street in Nashua on a second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of striking a child in the face, causing swelling, on Aug. 13.
