Nashua Felon Indicted On Stabbing, Knife Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Man accused of firing gun on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack; Hollis man accused of strangling woman; MA thief indicted on theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Nicholas P. Knee, 40, of Broad Street in Hollis on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman in Hollis on Nov. 18, 2022.
Adam Kulas, 40, of Beechstone in Portsmouth on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 10, 2022, in Nashua.

Kelvin Lewis, 32, of a no fixed address in Nashua, on criminal threatening, criminal restraining, and two first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of stabbing another person in the neck and hand, holding the knife to a second person’s throat, and threatening to kill them on Nov. 2, 2022, in Nashua. Matthew Lowman, 24, of Highland Place in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a Titan Tiger .38 Special revolver in the direction of residential properties in Merrimack on Nov. 14, 2022. Todd Martin, 32, of D Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of cocaine charge in Pelham on July 26, 2022.
Augustine Mauras, 32, of Pine Street in Methuen, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Victoria’s Secret on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Oct. 26, 2022. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges — in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in April 2019 and Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2020.
Keyion McGlory, 25, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of concealing a FN Herstal Belgium pistol in Railroad Square in Nashua to impede an investigation on Oct. 30, 2022.
Dilcineia Mezabarba, 51, of Kessler Farm Drive in Nashua on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving while drunk on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on Nov. 6, 2022, and causing a crash with injury. Justin Michaud, 36, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on robbery, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening to kill another person during a jewelry robbery on July 27, 2022, in Nashua. Michaud also was accused of racking a round into the barrel of a gun on March 24, 2022, in Merrimack and threatening to shoot a man. He is a felon due to a theft by unauthorized taking conviction from August 2020 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
