Raymond, Lawrence, And Methuen Men Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court
Sandown stalker indicted on new charge; PA woman indicted on nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charge; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Kristen J. Anderson, 38, of Jefferson Street in Derry, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on July 8, 2025, in Salem.
Angel Andres Apaza, 21, of Woodburn Drive in Methuen, Massachusetts, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and indecent exposure and lewdness charges, both felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in front of a child under 16 on Sept. 5, 2025, in Salem.

Kevin Patrick Barry, 34, of Trues Parkway in Sandown, on a domestic violence-stalking charge. He was accused of sending a Snapchat friend request to a protected partner and intimate partner on May 20, 2025, in Hampstead. Previously, according to the indictment, Barry was convicted of stalking in Salem District Court.
Krystal Lynn Bavis, 32, of South Franklin Street in Titusville, Pennsylvania, on a felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charge. She was accused of sending naked images of a woman to another person on April 29, 2025, in Salem.

Lisindra K. Beeson, 31, of Lewiston Street in Brockton, MA, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and aggravated driving under the influence-30-plus mph charges. She was accused of driving drunk and rear-ending another vehicle, placing another person in danger of serious bodily injury, on May 21, 2025, in Salem.
Luis Alfredo Brito Ramon, 34, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, MA, on possession of fentanyl and four sale of a controlled drug charges, all felonies. He acted in concert with Daneris Pena Perez and sold 5 grams or more of fentanyl to an undercover member of the Salem Police Department on July 31, Aug. 7, Aug. 25, and Sept. 2, 2025, according to the indictments.

Michael Daveid Brodeur, 49, of Honora Avenue in Dracut, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing two Metabo HPT brad nailers from Lowe’s in Salem on Jan. 17, 2025. According to the indictment, Brodeur was previously convicted twice of theft.
Alexander R. Caruso, 37, of G Street in Hampton, on a felony attempted robbery charge. He was accused of attempting to steal money, by force, from the Hampton Fire Department on Aug. 2, 2025, by pushing a person to the ground.
Justin M. Collins, 38, of Main Street in Raymond, on aggravated felonious sexual assault, second-degree assault, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman and causing vaginal vault and sulcal tear injuries with his hand on Aug. 9, 2025, in Portsmouth. Collins was also accused of undressing and removing his clothes from New Hampshire and hiding them in a wooded area of Maine to impede a police investigation.
Christopher J. Cortez, 42, of Batchelder Road in Raymond, on domestic violence, possession of methamphetamine, and delivery of articles prohibited charges, all felonies, and a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was accused of running over the foot of an intimate partner, possessing the drug in jail, and grabbing the woman’s hair and pulling it on Sept. 15, 2025, in Derry.
Anthony Scott Cushing, 29, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on a felony possession of fentanyl and driving under the influence charges on April 11, 2025, on Route 101 in Exeter.
Kamden Day, 20, of Ames Street in Lawrence, MA, on felony aggravated felonious sexual assault and two simple assault charges. He was accused of raping a woman, rubbing areas of her body while she was asleep, and exposing her breast while she was asleep in Salem on May 17, 2024.
