Salisbury Man Indicted On 12 Rape, Sexual Assault Charges: Court

Plus: Concord felon indicted on bar knife threat charge; Franklin felon faces weapon possession charge; 3 indicted on title fraud charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Thomas Thibeault, 35, of Salisbury, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on 12 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and a single second-degree assault charge, all felonies. He was accused of raping, fondling, and strangling a girl between March 3, 2018, and Feb. 15 in Salisbury. Meghan L. Tighe, 28, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. She was accused of possessing a shooting dart set on March 11 in Franklin. Tighe is a felon due to an accomplice to an armed robbery conviction in January 2017 in Belknap County.

James Trowbridge, 40, of Butternut Lane in West Lebanon on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and cocaine mix and crack cocaine, charges on Jan. 12 in New London.

Patrick Walsh, 62, a homeless man now located in Concord, on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of pulling a shank on a man on March 25 in Concord. Walsh is a felon due to previous convictions. Joshua M. Williams, 40, of Canaan on possession of anabolic steroid oxymetholone, possession of anabolic steroid isocaproate, and possession of buprenorphine charges on Aug. 4, 2021, in Concord.

Joshua A. Wilson, 20, of Robin Road in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 18 in Concord.

William A. Whicher, 29, of State Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing beef jerky from the Cumberland Farms in Franklin on Jan. 15. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

George Condodemetraky, 85, of Route 140 in Belmont on a felony title fraud charge. He was accused of making a false statement on an application on July 7, 2021, in Concord.

Stephan Condodemetraky, 53, of Berge Lane in Derry on two felony title fraud charges. He was accused of making two false statements on applications of title on July 6, 2021, in Concord.

Susan Condodemetraky, 79, of Gilmanton Road in Belmont on three felony title fraud charges. She was accused of making false statements on applications on abandoned vehicles on Oct. 29 and Oct. 30, 2020, in Concord.

Christopher J. Cortez, 38, of Whitehall Terrace in Hooksett on possession of marijuana with intent to sell-subsequent, possession of cocaine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs in Epsom on Sept. 15, 2021.
