Canterbury Man Faces Second Drunken Driving Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Alicia M. Mullavey-Rix, 36, of Concord received a summons at 10:30 a.m. on April 30, 2022, on a bench warrant after an incident on East Side Drive.

Nicholas Rossik, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 3:28 p.m. on April 29 on an arrest prior to requisition charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Jessi M. Hillsgrove, born 1983, of Boscawen was arrested at 3 a.m. on April 27 on driving under the influence, felony possession of a controlled drug, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and uninspected vehicle charges. She was arrested at the Sewalls Falls Recreation Area.

David Angelo Sheppard Jr., born 1980, of Canterbury was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on April 26 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge after an incident at 5 to 7 Pleasant Street Extension.

Derek John Sikora, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on April 26 on possession of meth with intent to distribute and stalking charges, both felonies. Casey L. Fleming, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on April 24 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Walker Street.

Devin Alexander Kane, 44, of Hebron was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on April 23 on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road.

Michael S. Brodeur, born 1969, of Manchester was arrested at 10 a.m. on April 22 on a bench warrant at police headquarters.

John Joshua Jellue, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 12:09 p.m. on April 21 on two bench warrants after an incident at Speedway on North Main Street.

Steven A. Maxfield, 27, of Concord was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on April 14 on driving after revocation or suspension, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of a controlled drug; sell, etc. charges. He was arrested after an incident at 157 Loudon Road.
