Raymond Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Maine man indicted on Portsmouth statutory rape charges; man accused of punching child, strangling family member; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Tejaswi Agnihotri, 38, with a last known address of Blue Heron Drive in Portsmouth on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of punching a child, which left a bruise, between Dec. 1, 2022, and Jan. 31, 2023, and strangling a family member between Nov. 1, 2019, and Feb. 29, 2020, in Portsmouth.

D'Andre Quatye Alexander, 23, of Porter Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on forgery and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check with a false signature on a Wells Fargo account on April 18 in Salem and possessing five stolen debit-credit cards in Salem on April 19.

Cayetano Almela-Collens, 45, of Addison Street in Essex, MA, on second-degree assault and resisting arrest or detention-serious bodily injury. On April 27, in Portsmouth, while resisting arrest, he fell on an officer’s leg and fractured their tibia, according to the indictments.

Sean Jared Alperin, 37, of Forest Street in Dover on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force against two people to steal a wallet in Portsmouth on March 6, 2023.

Kenneth Robert Arnst, 34, of Floral Avenue Extension in Raymond on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of exiting a vehicle and pointing a loaded gun, with a round in the chamber, at two other people in Raymond on March 29.

Cory Arsenault, 32, of Asteria Lane in Rochester on felony criminal restraint, criminal trespass, and false imprisonment-accomplice charges. He aided or attempted to aid Dylan Norris by standing by and monitoring while Norris tied up another person and assaulted them on Oct. 14, 2023, on South Road in Brentwood, according to the indictments.

Justin Jamie Hainey, 33, of Spruce Street in Manchester on a felony possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl, heroin, tramadol, and para-fluorofentanyl, disobeying an officer, and reckless operation charges. He was accused of failing to stop for Londonderry police and driving recklessly while towing a trailer on Jan. 15.

Kara June Waugh, 31, of Crestshire Drive in Lawrence, MA, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on March 11 in Salem.

John Joseph Hallahan, 28, of Elwyn Street in Portsmouth on felony theft by unauthorized taking, attempt-credit card fraud-less than $1,000, and credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges. He removed property from another person’s vehicle, used another person’s credit card, and attempted to use their credit card, according to the indictments, on Sept. 15, 2023, in Salem.

William Hamblett, 23, of Park Street in Eliot, Maine, on three felony felonious sexual assault charges. Between Oct. 13 and Oct. 14, 2022, he was accused of statutory rape of two girls between 13 and 16.
