Nashua Man Indicted, Accused Of Stabbing Woman With Scissors: Superior Court Roundup
Auburn man accused of strangling woman in Merrimack; Brookline sex offender indicted on duty to report.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Brittany Ford, 30, of Laconia on three felony possession of controlled drug-subsequent, alprazolam, methamphetamine, and fentanyl, charges in Nashua on June 29. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in July 2020 in Belknap County Superior Court.
Benjamin Galucki, 28, of North Amherst Road in Bedford on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and cocaine, charges in Nashua on Aug. 4.

Kevin Gaudette, 62, of Dupaw Gould Road in Brookline on a felony duty to report charge. According to the state, he was accused of failing to register with Brookline police on Aug. 5. Gaudette is a sex offender due to a sexual assault charge in February 2014 in Haverhill MA District Court. He has also been convicted on arson, theft, stolen property, and other charges.
Johnathan Gerald, 39, of no fixed address in Nashua on four first-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of cutting a woman in the back, in the chest, on the hand, and in the head with a knife on Aug. 29 in Nashua. Fallon Goulet, 33, of Robinson Road in Nashua on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix charge between June 1 and June 30 in Nashua and a meth charge on Aug. 2 in Nashua.
Tyler Greenleaf, 26, of Derry Road in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on March 21 in Nashua.
Peter De Jesus Guilfu, 32, of Fletcher Street in Nashua on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Nashua on July 24 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Justin Hainey, 31, of Highwood Drive in Auburn on criminal restraint and four second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of knocking an intimate partner to the floor and repeatedly strangling her on Aug. 26 in Merrimack.
Christopher E. Hayward, 43, of Center Hill Road in Epsom on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving dangerously, with excessive speed, refusing to stop for police on Daniel Webster Highway north in Merrimack on July 28.
