Salem Doctor Indicted On DWI, Reckless Conduct Charges: Court
Pair from Mass. indicted in Hampton robbery incident; elderly Newmarket man indicted on child sex abuse images charges; theft indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.
Cristian Joel Darrach, 23, of Duckett Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on three felony assaults by prisoners as well as criminal mischief and two resisting arrest or detention charges. He was accused of assaulting corrections officers on July 19, July 22, and July 29 and damaging a cell light on July 19 at the Rockingham County Jail.
Scott J. Dowd, 38, of Surrey Lane in Salem on first-degree assault, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and three reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving an Acura RDX while speeding on Silver Brook Road in Salem, crashing into a granite post, sending the granite post into a house, and injuring a child as well as nearly striking a woman and children who were working on the side of the road and a vehicle on July 10. Michael Joseph Duquette, 40, of Railroad Street in Newmarket on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing a watch from a Newmarket home on March 28.
James N. Eaton, 26, of Foster Hill Road in Henniker on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling another person in Raymond on July 20.

Christopher R. Ervin, 21, of Radcliffe Road in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of working with three other people to use force to rob another person on Aug. 11 in Hampton.
Jeremy David Fenn, 20, of Manter Mill Road in Londonderry on second-degree assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman and raping her on May 27 in Londonderry.
William Joseph Fitzgerald, 42, of Midway Lane in Bristol, Pennsylvania, on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of posing as another, using a New Jersey license, to take $4,800 out of their TD Bank account in Hampton on Sept. 16.
Roy Michael Fletcher, 40, of Main Street in Somersworth on delivery of articles prohibited and two possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl, methamphetamine, subsequent offense, charges, all felonies, on May 9 at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.
Dennis Fowler Jr., 39, of New Boston Road in Kingston on second-degree assault-domestic violence and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of using a vehicle as a deadly weapon on July 17 in Seabrook and running over an intimate partner’s legs.
Brian Haig Gallaher, 18, of University Avenue in Lowell, MA, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of working with Ervin and others to use force to commit a robbery on Aug. 11 in Hampton.
Robert Gramolini, 63, of Claremont Street in Malden, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing items from Home Depot in Salem on Sept. 6.
Howard J. Greenfield, 65, of Bass Street in Newmarket on eight felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images on April 1 in Newmarket.
