Salem Man Arrested For DUI Again: Salem Police Log

Barnstead man, Haverhill residents accused of bail jumping; Methuen man charged with reckless operation; teen arrested on threat charge.

SALEM, NH — Krystal M. Boyle, 45, of Flagg Road in Hollis, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2025, on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges. She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Rockingham Park Boulevard and Mall Road. After a consent search, she was arrested and taken to the Rockingham County Jail, according to a report.

Jose Antonio Mojica, 44, of South Broadway in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on Jan. 28 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and operating without a valid license charges after a motor vehicle stop at M&N Borderline Discount on South Broadway. Mojica was released on personal recognizance.

Derek M. Carbone, 25, of Matthew Drive in Salem, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. on Jan. 28 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge after a motor vehicle stop at Lancaster Elementary School on Millville Street. He was released on personal recognizance and to a sober party, police said.

Alexis J. Cabrera, 20, of Greendale Street in Methuen, MA, received a summons at 9:12 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a reckless operation charge after a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 93 south at Exit 1.

Tyresse Jeffre Joseph Goulet, 20, of Hitty Road in Salem, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a contempt charge. Police were sent to Emerson Way for a report of a fight, the sound of a gunshot, and a car speeding from the scene, according to a report. Later, one man was arrested on a warrant and later, released on bail, police said.

Darren C. Locke, 45, of Wes Locke Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 8:46 a.m. on Jan. 27 on a bail jumping charge. He was arrested at Salem District Court on a police warrant and later, released on bail, a report stated.

A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody at 11:15 a.m. on Dec. 19 after an incident at Carlton Oaks at North Broadway. Salem fire and rescue teams were also called to the scene.

Yomar Salcedo Torres, 31, of Main Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:21 a.m. on Dec. 18 as well as a bail jumping charge. He was arrested at the Middleton MA House of Corrections and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Aizel Victoria Jimenez, 19, of Pine Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on Dec. 18 on criminal trespass, criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, and harassment charges. Also arrested was Kaily Pizarro, 22, of Pine Street in Manchester. They were arrested on warrants by Manchester police and released on personal recognizance.

Eric R. Lyons, 42, of Calumet Street in Revere, MA, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. on Dec. 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after a motor vehicle stop at the 7-Eleven on Main Street.

Lola Smith, 40, of Dexter Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant as well as a bail jumping charge. Also arrested was Kolleen Valente, 44, of Broadway in Somerville, MA, on a bench warrant and a contempt charge. They were arrested in Barnstable MA County on Salem warrants and brought to the Rockingham County Jail.
