Salem Teen Arrested On Reckless Operation, Child Endangerment, Other Charges: Police Log

Man arrested on drunken driving charges; man faces stalking charge at Tuscan Village; Lowell man faces loitering or prowling, other charges.

SALEM, NH — John-Michael James Sciuto, 41, of Burdett Road in Lynn, Massachusetts, was arrested on a stalking-domestic violence charge at 5 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2023. A woman filed a complaint with police claiming she was being stalked in Tuscan Village on South Broadway. After searching the area, police arrested Sciuto.

Jose Manuel Prado Perez, 55, of Marlowe Street in Dorchester, MA, was arrested at 4:52 p.m. on Feb. 19 on driving under the influence, DUI-adult greater than 0.08; minor more than 0.02, conduct after an accident, and open container charges. Another person was taken into protective custody. Police were sent to the Salem Flea Market on Hampshire Road for a report of a woman claiming a drunk man drove into her husband’s car. She also claimed a man displayed a knife and ran from the area. Police found two men and arrested one while the other was PC’d.

Cristina Maria Medeiros, 39, of East River Place in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 3:58 p.m. on Feb. 19 on reckless operation and conduct after an accident charges. She was arrested on a warrant.

Kelli Good, 45, of Pleasant Street in Bristol was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:54 p.m. on Feb. 18. She was arrested after police were sent to the Red Roof Inn for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.

Michelle L. Doucette, 39, of Summer Street in Salem was arrested at 9 p.m. on Feb. 18 on credit card fraud-less than $1,000 and theft-lost or mislaid-less than $1,000 charges. Police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway Street for a report of a wallet stolen from a bathroom. The reporting party believed the suspect was still in the store. Police investigated and arrested Doucette.

Raul Denicio Gracia Miranda, 40, of Cross Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on Feb. 17 on loitering or prowling, operating with an expired license, and two disobeying an officer charges. He was arrested after police checked a suspicious vehicle at the park and ride on Raymond Avenue.

Tyresse Jeffre Joseph Goulet, 18, of Hitty Road in Salem was arrested at 5:11 p.m. on Feb. 17 on reckless operation, reckless conduct, disobeying an officer, and two endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was arrested on a warrant.

Joseph Hughes, 57, of Plain Road in Westford, Vermont, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. on Feb. 17 on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges. Also arrested was Richard Lee Edwards, 18, of Worthington Avenue in Cincinatti, Ohio, on a bench warrant. They were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street near the Gulf station.

Ian Todd MacDonald, 45, of Nashua Road in Londonderry was arrested on a contempt charge at 12:13 p.m. on Feb. 17. He was arrested on a warrant in Manchester and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Brian Christopher McAndrew, 25, of Briarcliff Drive in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on Feb. 17 on a bail jumping charge. He was arrested on a warrant and released on $750 cash bail.
