Berlin Man Arrested On Strangulation, Other Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Jacob Adam Martel, born 1989, of Penacook was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on April 19, 2022, on two breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Rolfe Street.

Michael L. Hann, 33, of Berlin was arrested at 2:29 p.m. on April 19 on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges as well as simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Jennifer L. Labuda, born 1986, of Concord received a summons at 10:17 a.m. on April 10 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident on River Road.

Robert John Atwood, 38, of Concord was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on April 19 on a bench warrant as well as criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident on Pillsbury Street.

Ryan William Redihan, born 2002, of Orleans, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on April 18 on driving under the influence, transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. He was arrested on the Interstate 93 northbound offramp on Exit 14.

Lydia Michelle Perkins, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on April 8 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident on Stone Street.

Michelle L. Doucette, born 1983, of Concord received a summons at 7:15 p.m. on April 8 on a bench warrant after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Amad K. Sadkhan, born 1977, of Concord was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on April 8 on stalking and violation of protective order charges after an incident at Royal Gardens.

Wilson Forrest Delisi, born 1995, of Webster received a summons at 12:01 a.m. on April 8 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident at Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road.

Warren Louis Doucette, 41, of Concord was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on April 7 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on May 5.

Tony D. Bumpas, born 1988, of Eugene, Oregon, was arrested on three bench warrants at 4:51 p.m. on April 7. He was arrested after an incident at T-Bones Restaurant on South Main Street.

Melissa Dorothy Frazier, 42, of Concord was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on April 6 on a warrant and two bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident on Manchester Street. Frazier failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 26, 2021, at an arraignment on a drug charge out of Hooksett. She was arraigned on April 11.
