Mass. Teens Indicted On Brentwood, Windham Gun Shop Burglary Charges: Court Roundup
Haverhill man indicted on burglary, theft charges; Salem man accused of tampering with witness; Maine man indicted on shed theft charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Gianfranco Gonzalez, 23, of Washington Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on two theft by deception, theft by unauthorized taking, two criminal mischief, and three burglary charges, all felonies, as well as a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge. While working in concert with Christopher Gaffney, he was accused of burglarizing the Circle K in Hampstead on March 13. Gonzalez was also accused of burglarizing, causing damage to, and stealing a safe from Raja’s Smoke Shop in Plaistow on Oct. 17, 2022, and burglarizing and smashing a window at the GNC on Plaistow Street in Plaistow on Feb. 21. He was also accused of exercising unauthorized control over a Honda Accord owned by another person in Salem on March 13.
Michael Thomas Kennedy, 34, of Eade Street in Lynn, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 worth of items from the Target in Salem on July 13, 2022.

Rebecca Maureen Kennedy, 29, of Reservoir Road in Gloucester, MA, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-felony charge on Nov. 14, 2022, in Salem.
Emmanuel Metivier King, 19, of Nesmith Street in Lawrence, MA, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of acting in concert with others to burglarize Second Amendment Arms in Windham on Sept. 24, 2021.

Dianna Joy Kittredge, 44, of Brackett Road in New Durham on a possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge in Seabrook on Dec. 31, 2022.
Francis M. Lemieux, 59, of North Main Street in Salem on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of attempting to get another person to file a motion to dismiss a pending case in which he was the victim on May 16 in Salem.
Lida-Marie Levesque, 48, of Franklin Street in Derry on receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle or rented property charges, both felonies. She was accused of retaining a stolen and failing to return a 2022 Toyota Camry, owned by Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Salem, between Jan. 14 and Jan. 28.
Brandon Liranzo, 19, of Kenwood Road in Methuen, MA, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking-firearm charges, both felonies. He was accused working in concert with others to burglarize MacPherson Firearms in Brentwood and steal guns.
Jesse Alan Locascio, 31, of Main Street in Hampstead on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on Jan. 4 in Londonderry.
David Lovejoy, 59, of Bobcat Lane in Berwick, Maine, on a felony theft by deception charge. Between June 1 and July 31, 2019, he was accused of controlling payments for sheds belonging to Old Hickory Buildings in North Hampton to be provided to his company, Amesbury Glass & Mirror.
