Alleged Epsom Teen Heroin Dealer Arrested: Log
Concord Police: Homeless man arrested three times in three weeks; woman bites relative in self-defense after assault on Fort Eddy Road.

CONCORD, NH - Ashton Prive, 18, pictured, of Colonial Drive in Epsom, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. on Dec. 10, 2015, on two counts of felony sale of controlled drugs (heroin). The two alleged incidents occurred on June 30, 2015, on Academy Street in Boscawen and July 1, 2015, on Loudon Road. Prive was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Jan. 25, 2016.

Karissa J. Tucci, 20, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. on Jan. 13, 2016, for felony sale of controlled drugs. She was charged at the Merrimack House of Corrections where she was being held on other charges. The charge stemmed from an alleged incident conducted by the Concord Police Department drug enforcement united in July 2015. Tucci was arraigned on Jan. 14.

Benjamin M. Berry, 39, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Jan. 14, 2016, for criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions. He was also arrested on Jan. 7, 2016, on a bench warrant, and on Dec. 26, 2015, for passing of items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle and two counts of breach. Police on Jan. 14, were sent to Sexton Avenue for a report of loud music coming from an apartment that was supposed to be vacant. They spoke to the tipster who reported hearing the music, seeing a backpack on a porch, and trash on the floor inside the apartment. Police gained access to the apartment through a broken window and looked through the trash. They allegedly found paperwork with Berry’s name on it and while searching the rest of the property, found him in a bedroom. Berry allegedly stated, “I’m going to be honest with you, I don’t have permission to be here.” He was out on bail from the week before and was arrested again. The week before, Berry was arrested on a bench warrant after police into the Petco parking lot reportedly saw panhandlers fleeing. The officer spoke to Berry, found he had a bench warrant for nonappearance in court on Jan. 5, 2016, on a criminal trespass charge, and he was arrested. In December, he was arrested while allegedly panhandling at the Exit 14 interchange of I-93. During the past few years, Berry had been arrested and summoned at least fives after walking into the street while panhandling, according to the report.
Matthew Schrider, 19, of Prescott Street in Concord, received a summons at 4:58 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2015, for willful concealment and unlawful possession of alcohol for allegedly shoplifting Bud Light beer at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Schrider’s due in court on Jan. 25.

Shane A. Greenlaw Alvarado, 21, of Canton Circle in Concord, received a summons at 11:25 a.m. on Dec. 8, 2015, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for an expired inspection sticker. The officer checked the vehicle and found it was registered in September. The officer pulled the vehicle over and found that Alvarado’s license expired in October. He was given a summons and is due in court on Jan. 25.
Krickett N. Melvin, 25, of Barlett Lane in Epsom, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2015, for driving while intoxicated and felony possession of prescription drugs without a prescription (enalapril, olanzapine, and clonazepam, in three bottles). Officers were called to the area of North Spring and Center streets for a report of a Kia Sportage parked outside with its engine running for about an hour. The caller noted that the driver inside the vehicle would occasionally honk the horn, according to the report. The reporting officer knocked on the window of the vehicle repeatedly until the woman – Melvin – allegedly lifted up her head slowly and responded. “It took her a few seconds to sit up and face me,” the officer alleged. “I immediately noticed that her eyes could barely stay open and observed that she looked disoriented.” Melvin allegedly had bloodshot eyes and constricted pupils. She allegedly stated that she was doing nothing and had been there for about 90 minutes. “While I was talking to Melvin, she kept nodding off and I had to repeat my questions,” the officer alleged. “Melvin appeared to not know what was going on around her.” After speaking with Melvin, she allegedly admitted to having prescription drugs belonging to a Pittsfield resident, was given a field sobriety test, and was arrested.
Daryl G. Gurley, 22, of Railroad Avenue in Derry, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2015, on a felony bench warrant out of Concord District Court issued on Dec. 1, 2015, for theft, $1,000 cash bail. Police received a tip that Gurley was at the Red Apple Buffet on Loudon Road and had an active warrant. Gurley was arrested at the restaurant and arraigned the next day.
Jennifer N. Dragon, 29, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2015, for receiving stolen property at the Burlington Coat Factory on Oct. 21, 2015. She was arrested on a warrant and arraigned on Jan. 4.
Rhonda J. Richardson, 44, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2015, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and reckless conduct. Police were sent to Fort Eddy Road and I-393 for a report of a state police trooper off with a domestic incident between two women who had assaulted each other, according to the report. Concord Fire and Rescue teams were also treating one woman. The trooper stated that he saw the dispute on his way from Fort Eddy Road to the police academy. After speaking with both parties, he was able to determine that one woman bit the other woman. The injured woman was being treated but was now being uncooperative, according to the trooper. The woman – a relative of Richardson’s – told the officer the she and Richardson had left Market Basket and began arguing about her boyfriend and previous relationships. Richardson, she alleged, was being rude, and she stated she wasn’t going to drive her home if she didn’t stop. The woman stated that she was going to call her boyfriend and have him pick Richardson up. “Richardson grabbed her by her hair and smashed her head into the driver’s side window while she had been driving down the road,” the report alleged. “Richardson was hitting her on the right side of the head. (She) said during the attack, she was unable to stop her vehicle and almost lost control of her vehicle.” The woman then bit Richardson and she reportedly pulled back her arm. However, she allegedly “continued to hit her in the head and pull her hair,” according to the report. The woman pulled over and they continued fighting. She jumped out of the vehicle and then Richardson reportedly jumped out. The other woman then jumped back into the vehicle and locked the door until police arrived. Richardson was transported to Concord Hospital and the officer went to speak with her about the incident. She alleged that the other woman punched her and grabbed her by the throat. After discussing the incident further, she was arrested and arraigned the next day.
