Somersworth Man Indicted On ID Fraud, Forgery Charges: Rockingham Superior Court Roundup
Derry man indicted on strangulation charge; habitual offender charges in Epping; Nashua woman, with priors, indicted on Salem theft charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Dustin Brown, 45, of School Street in Berwick, Maine, on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Calef Highway in Epping on April 13 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Michael J. Brun, 26, of Dearborn Road in Epping on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Dearborn Road in Epping on Feb. 15 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Julian Cabrera, 20, of Dexter Street in Central Falls, Rhode Island, on attempted theft by deception and two forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of trying to cash two postal money orders altered from $5 to $1,000 in Derry on Nov. 2, 2022.
Jason Lee Campbell, 48, of Island Pond Road in Derry on a felony count of second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation and a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and striking them on the hand on May 21 in Derry.

Brian K. Caswell, 48, of Ashland Street in Manchester on two felony counts of accomplice-theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of being aided by Michael Watson by driving him after a theft at Bed Bath & Beyond and Best Buy in Salem on March 16, the indictment said.
Brett Michael Catruch, 36, of High Street in Somersworth on identity fraud, forgery, and attempted theft by deception charges, all felonies. On May 26, in Portsmouth, he was accused of posing as another with a Pennsylvania license and drawing on $4,870.73 from the account of Lubin & Meyer at Citizens Bank.
Margaret Kathleen Cavanaugh, 37, of Prospect Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing a residence on Wynridge Road in Windham between Oct. 13 and Oct. 14, 2022.
Timothy N. Clough, 45, of Bennigan Court in Epping on possession of LSD, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, possession of oxycodone, possession of marijuana with intent to sell charges, all felonies, on Feb. 5 in Hampstead.
Elizabeth Lacey Coburn, 38, of Bridge Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 of merchandise from Home Depot in Salem on Aug. 26, 2022.
