Hollis Man Indicted On Felonious Sexual Assault Counts: Hillsborough County Court Roundup
Plus: Nashua woman indicted on gun threat charge; Merrimack man accused of assaulting cop; Hudson woman accused of arson; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Jacob Velasquez, 34, of Gowing Road in Hudson on conduct after an accident, reckless conduct, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of speeding through a residential neighborhood, hitting a person, and failing to stop at the scene of a collision with injury on March 30 in Hudson.
Daniel Wayne, 45, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua on theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing two Firestone tires and two Subaru rims from Granite Subaru and-or Gelco Fleet Trust in Nashua and damaging them between Jan. 15 and Jan. 16.

Randy Widmer, 36, of Auburn Street in Nashua on possession of fentanyl-subsequent offense and theft by unauthorized taking. The drug charge was connected to an incident in Nashua on Feb. 16. Widmer was accused of stealing a bike from the Polish American Club in Nashua on April 25. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in August 2022.
Luke Wiedmer, 35, of Witches Spring Road in Hollis on six felony counts of felonious sexual assault. He was accused of fondling a girl and having the girl fondle him between Feb. 1 and March 1 in Hollis.

Anthony Cabana, 46, of Davidson Avenue in Merrimack on a simple assault against a police officer charge. He was accused of grabbing an officer's thumb in Merrimack and hyperextending it on Feb. 4.
Jafet Centeno, 25, of West River Road in Manchester on burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing a dwelling on Riverside Avenue in Hudson on Jan. 5, 2021.
Jason Cloutier, 46, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a criminal liability to sale of a controlled drug act; acts prohibited felony charge. He was accused of arranging a drug deal over the phone in order for Elizabeth Coburn to dispense the drug on Sept. 29, 2022, the indictment stated. Cloutier was previously convicted of acts prohibited in 2015 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Khari Cohen, 25, of Buck Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of pointing a firearm at another person and saying, “Don’t ever let me catch you,” or words to that effect on Jan. 25 in Nashua.
Miguel Colon, 24, of Bayberry Hill Road in West Townsend, Massachusetts, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Turnpike Road after being deemed a habitual offender on April 21 in New Ipswich.
