Nashua Man Indicted On Shooting Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Nashua woman, Dunbarton man accused of drug dealing; man indicted on Hollis burglary, Hudson car thefts; Merrimack drug indictment.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Elizabeth Coburn, 38, of Bridge Street in Nashua on sale of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of tramadol, cocaine, and fentanyl mix charges, all felonies. The possession charges were from Nov. 2, 2022, in Nashua, while the sales charge was from Sept. 29, 2022, involving an agent of the Nashua police.
Christopher Diamond, 40, of Moose Point Road in Dunbarton on a sale of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl charge on May 5, 2022, on possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges on Oct. 15, 2022, and a possession fentanyl charge on Nov. 14, 2022, all felonies. Diamond, the indictment said, was previously convicted on controlled drugs; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in February 2022.

Wilfredo Diaz, 28, of Sapling Circle in Nashua on reckless conduct and three first-degree assault charges, all felonies. Kirk G. Drake, 52, of Clocktower Place in Nashua on a felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a pocket knife on Nov. 20, 2022, in Hudson after being convicted of reckless conduct-deadly weapon in Cheshire County Superior Court in October 2017.

Edwin R. Fantauzzi, 34, of Union Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen vehicle on May 16, 2022, in Nashua.
Sean Gerber, 39, of Kennedy Drive in Nashua or West Street in Dedham, MA, on burglary and four theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a garage on Forrence Drive in Hollis on Sept. 29, 2021, and stealing from 13 motor vehicles in Pelham between June 19 and Aug. 2, 2021, 11 motor vehicles in Hollis on Sept. 29, 2021, and 12 motor vehicles in Hudson between June 10 and June 11, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, Gerber was convicted on larceny in Massachusetts in September 2017.
Brian Gorski, 41, of Blacksmith Way in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and fentanyl mix, in Merrimack on Oct. 23, 2022.
Becky Hewes, 39, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charge on Aug. 1, 2022, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted on acts prohibited in October 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Michael Irizarry, 44, of Gillis Street in Nashua on two second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice on Aug. 5, 2022, in Nashua.
Robert Johansen, 39, of Ramble Wood Circle in Newbury on possession of meth and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies. He was previously convicted on a drug charge in Nashua District Court in July 2005.
