Somersworth Man Indicted on Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Mass. man indicted on Salem knife threat charge; 2 indicted for child sexual abuse images; Nashua man indicted in Londonderry shooting case.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Robert Henry, 41, of Main Street in Somersworth on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling a child for sexual gratification between Jan. 1, 2004, and Dec. 31, 2026, in Seabrook.

Michael Ryan Hills, 40, a homeless man now located in Hampton, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving under the influence on Nov. 15, 2023, on Lafayette Road in Portsmouth and causing an accident resulting in serious bodily injuries.

Jason Duane Hoeman, 36, of Constitution Avenue in Portsmouth on possession of amphetamine and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on June 28, 2023, in Portsmouth. Previously, he has been convicted on one or more prior offenses.

Jason Allen Leblanc, 44, of Pleasant Hill Road in Deerfield on a felon possession of methamphetamine charge in Exeter on Dec. 19, 2022.

Michael C. Lefebre, 63, of Sandpiper Lane in Seabrook on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Garden Street in Seabrook on Nov. 17, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jhonatthan Lora, 35, of Archer Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on domestic violence-false imprisonment-deadly weapon and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He pulled out a knife and attempted to scratch an intimate partner’s car in Salem on Nov. 26, 2023.

Jonathan W. Lucy, 25, of Palm Street in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He acted in concert with Devin Matthew Hansen and a boy by firing a gun in the direction of a home on Wiley Hill Road in Londonderry on Oct. 10, 2023, according to the indictment.

Roy Robert Mace, 60, of Joseph Road in Salem on a felony domestic violence-sentence assault-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Salem on Oct. 29, 2023, in Salem.

Tyler McAniff, 38, of Tuttle Lane in Greenland on a felony criminal mischief count and two misdemeanor criminal mischief charges. He acted in concert with Nicholas Corbin and Thaddeus Zaldo by causing damage to another person’s vehicle and two building doors on July 15, 2022, in Newmarket.

Charles L. McRae, 24, of Delaware Avenue in Manchester on three possession of child sexual abuse images and distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing photos on Snapchat on Aug. 16, 2023, in Sandown.

Daniel A. Mercado Rivas, 35, with a last known address of Lafayette Road in Hampton on 15 possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing pictures and videos on a cellphone on May 5, 2021, in Hampton.
