Teens Indicted On Armed Robbery Charges: Merrimack County Court

Roundup: Pembroke sex offender indicted; Hooksett man indicted on drug charges; Warner, Windham men indicted on habitual offender charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

David Ogilvie, 45, pictured upper center, of Amherst Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine charge after an incident on Aug. 4 in Hooksett.

Gelando Olivieri, 44, homeless, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine charge on June 6 on Pleasant Street in Concord.

Reinaldo Ortiz, 40, of Chester Turnpike in Hooksett, on possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence-concealing a pipe charges, both felonies, on March 29 in Hooksett.

Andre Parent, 28, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine charge in Hooksett on April 18.

Marcus R. Patterson Jr., 19, of School Street in Salem, on accomplice to armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery, both felonies. He's accused of driving Daniel Acorn and Benjamin Rockwell to Concord in order to rob another man on Feb. 26. Acorn is accused of holding a knife against the man and stealing cellphones and a vaping device from the man's pocket. Rockwell is accused of holding a BB gun to the man during the robbery.

Nicholas Ramalho, 21, upper left, of Water Street in Keene, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on organized retail crime enterprise and four theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He's accused of working with Melanie Blackwood to steal merchandise from Walmart and Target in Hooksett in March. At least twice before, he's been convicted on theft charges.

Benjamin Rockwell, 19, upper right, of Tahanto Street in Concord, on accomplice to armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery, both felonies. He's accused of being involved in a robbery in Concord on Feb. 26.

Robert Rogers, 59, lower left, of Brookview Road in Windham, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge on Hooksett Road in Hookset on July 6.

Tyler Root, 31, lower right, of Buck Street in Pembroke, on a felony duty to report charge. He is accused of failing to register with the Pembroke police on July 30. He was convicted of sexual assault in March 2014 in Belknap County Superior Court.

Randy Ross, 33, of Old Main Road in Warner, on habitual offender and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He's accused of driving in excess of 90 mph on I-93 in Hooksett and Bow on May 13.
