Concord Police Log: Woman Arrested for Assaulting Teens
Plus, man arrested for restraining order violation; Brookline man arrested on felony assault; woman arrested for stealing vehicle.
CONCORD, NH — John L. Ladson, 33, of Fisherville Road, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Jan. 17, on a warrant. An officer on Fisherville Road reportedly saw a Buick turn onto Borough Road and then, drift in and out of its lane. The car was pulled over near Lilac Street. The driver reportedly told the officer that he knew he had a broken taillight but the officer stated he pulled him over because he was drifting in the road. The driver stated that he just got out of work and was tired. A passenger in the vehicle, Ladson, had an active warrant from the Grafton County Sheriff’s Department for nonappearance in court on a burglary charge, $500 cash bail. He was arrested and held without bail.
Rhonda J. Richardson, 43, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 5 a.m. on Jan. 17, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Officers were called to North State Street after a man called 911 and alleged his girlfriend assaulted him. When they arrived, they could hear the couple yelling at each other. Both, the reporting officer alleged, appeared to be intoxicated. The woman, Richardson, had marks on her chest but none on her neck, where she reportedly said she was injured. The officer surmised that they looked “self-initiated.” The officer spoke to the man who alleged that the two were “arguing in bed about inappropriate behavior earlier in the night” and Richardson allegedly “began punching him in the face.” The man’s fingernails were cut short and didn’t appear to have any skin residue on them. Richardson was arrested and is due in court on March 2.
Breanna McCormack, 21, of New Orchard Road in Epsom, received a summons at 6:45 a.m. on Jan. 17, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Liberty Street for a defective side brake light. McCormack’s reportedly handed the officer a non-driver’s ID. A status check revealed she had a “pending” license. She’s due in court on Feb. 23.

Joseph Castagno, 43, of Albin Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:47 a.m. on Jan. 17, on a violation of a protective order; penalty charge from Jan. 16, 2015. According to a court document, a woman alleged that her ex-husband, Castagno, had allegedly violated a restraining order by contacting her boyfriend in a text message concerning the couple’s child. An officer checked the phone number and found out that it was reportedly the same number Castagno gave to officers in the past. The officer then checked the restraining order and found it was still active. A warrant was then issued for his arrest. The next day, an officer stopped a minivan at North Main and Park streets and arrested Castagno. He was held without bail.
Kristina K. Longley, 23, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. on Jan. 17, on a warrant. Officers were called to an apartment on Loudon Road to investigate a domestic violence order violation. The complainant, Longley, had an active warrant issued by the Epsom Police Department.

Lisa J. Bologna, 40, of Mill Street in Warner, received a summons at 4:13 p.m. on Jan. 17, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop at Concord Hospital for an expired inspection sticker. The driver, Bologna, had an expired license and was issued a summons. She’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Randy G. Ross, 29, of Muscantanipus Road in Brookline, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on Jan. 17, on a warrant. He was also charged with possession of controlled drugs. Hollis Police issued a BOLO (be on the lookout) notice for Ross for felony assault and stated that he might be in a Subaru heading to Concord. The assault reportedly involved a mag flashlight. An officer was on Broadway and decided to check the Days Inn. While entering the parking lot, he reportedly saw the vehicle and called for backup. Ross was arrested. He allegedly had a small amount of marijuana in his possession. Hollis Police picked up Ross later in the evening. He’s due in court on March 2.
Sean M. Dunphy, 26, of Millstream Lane in Concord, received a summons at 1:18 a.m. on Jan. 18, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on South State Street. According to a report, the officer ran the plate of a Toyota RAV4 that came showing Dunphy’s license expired on Jan. 11. He was pulled over, issued a summons, and is due in court on Feb. 23.
Roy J. Aikens, 51, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. on Jan. 18, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge after he allegedly walked into the police station while intoxicated after being told to remain sober while out on bail. Aikens was arrested and held without bail.
Christopher J. Stafford, 32, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 18, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Ormond Street for stop sign violation. Stafford’s license was suspended in March 2014, for cancelled insurance, and he was arrested. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Michael A. Drouin, 61, of Tremont Street in Boscawen, received a summons at 10:10 a.m. on Jan. 18, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop for speeding on Village Street (46 mph in a 30 zone). Drouin’s license expired on Sept. 12, 2014. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
Jordan D. Libby, 26, of Summer Street in Penacook, received a summons at 6:16 p.m. on Jan. 19, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on South Street. Libby’s license expired on Jan. 10. He’s due in court on Feb. 23.
April Clark, 41, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. on Jan. 20, for unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle on Oct. 26, 2014, on Fisherville Road. She was arrested by the Hooksett Police Department. She’s due in court on March 2.
