Windham Teen Indicted On Strangulation Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

Greenland woman, Derry and Northwood men indicted on stalking charges; women indicted on drug charges; Mass. man faces meth sale charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Sandi Elissa Hayward, 32, of Washington Way in Kingston on a felony possession of tramadol and fentanyl mix on Nov. 2, 2022, in Kingston.

Jerome Michael Hill, 45, of Dunham Road in Beverly, Massachusetts, on possession of methamphetamine (more than one ounce) with intent to sell and possession of alprazolam charges, both felonies, in Portsmouth on Jan. 28, 2021.

Ryan Ingram, 30, of Settlers Lane in Derry on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of being near an intimate partner on April 18 in Londonderry after previously being convicted of stalking in October 2021 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Jacklyn Johnson, 36, of no fixed address in Greenland on a felony stalking charge. She was accused of being in close contact with an intimate partner or family member violating an order on April 27 after previously being convicted of stalking in Dover District Court on Jan. 17.

Matthew Lennon Jordan, 39, of Amherst Street in Nashua on operating while certified as a habitual offender and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a 2016 GMC Terrain owned by another person knowing that it was stolen or believing it was probably stolen on July 16, 2022, in Salem. The habitual offender charge stems from an incident in the parking lot of the Epping Walmart on April 3.

Toby Lawrence Kennedy-Salmeron, 19, of Blossom Road in Windham on three second-degree assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly strangling an intimate partner on Feb. 21 in Windham.

Shane Jeffrey Labroad, 29, of Gulf Road in Northwood on felony tampering with witnesses and informants and stalking charges. He was accused of attempting to induce another to “change your statement” and-or “say you lied about your statement” or words to that effect on March 31 in Brentwood. The indictment said the communication was also in violation of a protective order issued on Dec. 22, 2022, out of Rockingham County Superior Court.
