Accused Derry Strangler, Others Indicted In Rockingham County

Elderly man faces fentanyl charge; Port City man indicted for stolen property; Nashua, Londonderry pair indicted on drug dealing charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Ryan N. Gates, 24, pictured upper left, of Franklin Heights in Rochester, on felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge on June 14, 2019, on Strafford Road in Northwood.

Tarnue Gee, 20, upper middle, of Bog Road in Concord, on felony receiving stolen property charge. On Feb. 19, 2018, Gee is receiving and retaining between $1,000 and $1,500 in Salem.

Eric A. Glenn, 27, upper right, of Saxford Lane in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on May 23, in Portsmouth.

Joseph Grasso, 37, lower left, of Union Street in Milford, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell-subsequent, conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-subsequent charges. According to the indictment, the incidents occurred on May 9, May 16, and June 6, in Kingston and in Plaistow on June 26. Previously, Grasso was convicted on a drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in June.

Patrick Heafey, 34, of North Road in Brentwood, on a felony accomplice theft by deception charge on Feb. 16, in Derry. According to the indictment, he's accused of working with Kyle Genett in obtaining store credit gift card from Walmart. Twice before, Heafey was convicted of theft.

Margaret Herrmann, 34, lower middle, of Otterson Road in Londonderry, on possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell, two counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and conspiracy to sell a controlled drug charges. The charges stem from incidents between May 9, and June 26, in Kingston and Plaistow.

Aaron S. Hill, 40, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, on a felony theft of lost or mislaid property charge, two gold bracelets, in Newington on July 29. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges twice before.

Christopher Shawn Hodges, 30, of Arnold Street in Revere, Massachusetts, on an attempted felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge. On June 14, he's accused of going to Plaistow to retrieve a firearm.

Amos E. Hoskins, 74, of Old Manchester Road in Amherst, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on April 6, in Salem.

Edward Hurley, 44, of Avery Road in Londonderry, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing razors from Walgreens in Londonderry on May 18, 2018. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was arrested on theft charges.

Ryan Ingram, 27, lower right, of Settlers Lane in Derry, on a felony second-degree assault charge. On July 7, he's accused of strangling an intimate partner in Derry.

Christopher R. Ivory, 19, of Townsend Road in Groton, MA, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge on July 4, in Seabrook.

Samuel Jacob Justice, 38, of South Hampton Street in Boston, MA, on theft by deception and two forgery charges. On June 26, 2018, he's accused of uttering an altered check for more than $1,500 in Salem.
