2 Pounds Of Marijuana Found At Suspected Saddle Brook Drug Dealer's Home: Prosecutor
Authorities also found cocaine in Peter J. Stuart's home, the prosecutor said.

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. — Authorities found two pounds of marijuana and several grams of cocaine in a suspected borough drug dealer's South Boulevard home Wednesday, Gurbir S. Grewal, Bergen County's acting prosecutor said in a news release.
An investigation by Saddle Brook and New Milford police departments, and the prosecutor's office determined that Peter J. Stuard, 29, was distributing controlled dangerous substances from his South Boulevard home, Grewal said.
Police executed a search warrant at the home and found two pounds of suspected marijuana, 35 grams of suspected cocaine, and drug paraphernalia, the prosecutor said.

Stuart was charged with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, and maintaining a controlled dangerous substance facility, Grewal said.
Stuard was remanded to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of bail pending his first court appearance Oct. 5, authorities said.
